BooBoo, that picture of the crack is great!

The pandorica was one of the best episodes of doctor who. I didn’t really understand about Amy being locked inside the pandorica.
Posted by: you missed it January 1st, 2011
You have missed the whole point of Pandorica Opens. When the universe exploded and the Dr. initiated big-bang 2 the universe reset, including the Doctors regenerations. Matt Smith is no longer the 11′th doctor he is now also the first doctor.

y r there sum sad people on this site pretending to be Matt Smith & Karen Gillan
Posted by: PsyJak June 21st, 2010
I think that the ‘little girl’ could be anyone really,
as Steven M has used several children throughout his episodes
for example:
little Amelia (obvious so unprobable)
Mandy Tanner (who didn’t do much)
the girl in the computer system of the Library.
Also, where did River end up at the end of TPO? And how could a TARDIS being destroyed cause cracks, since millions were destroyed in th Time War?
I don’t think that the red/blue bow tie means anything-David T had at least three suits-blue, brown and party.

My husband has just noticed – the Omega/Pi symbol which is all over Time of Angels is also the shape of Stonehenge when scene from above. Check out Stonehenge aeriel views on Google. I loved the Pandorica Opens.

I dont think that amy is dead
Posted by: IWasBored! June 20th, 2010
I nearly cried when Amy got shot by the Rory Auton. I know it’s a bit sad because she’s only a TV character, and that she’ll be ok by the end of the series, but I still felt sad. My mum kept saying things like ‘Things don’t look good for Amy’ and ‘Looks like Amy’s pan breed,’ to which I replied ‘She’s in Series 6!!!.’ The next day she said that I talk a lot too during her shows, but I told her I didn’t make comments like those when one of her characters died.
By the way, for all those who hate Amy Pond, stop going on! It’s iritating! Besides, I think she’s a great companion.

>the Doctor is on his 11th incarnation and has regenerated 10 times
The doctor can not die… He is one of the three. I would suggest that you start going thru the Classics ALL the classics.. you can even learn what his real name is.

the Doctor is on his 11th incarnation and has regenerated 10 times
and it is not the end of doctor who because it has been confirmed by the BBC that a 6th series of Dr. Who will air next year. Matt Smith and Karen Gillan will return as the Doctor and Amy Pond. So everyone stop saying that it might be the end of Dr. Who. IT ISNT SO STOP SAYING IT! I still stik with the idea that the daleks for some reason turn on every one and kill them all then all the other daleks come and destroy everything then decide to destroy the pandorica but are stoped becoz of young amelia when she is contacted by river and is told that she has to stop liking pandoras box and the romans so the situation with the Doctor at Stonehenge doesnt happen and couldnt be created.

im quite dissapointed that all the Pandorica contained was a chair for the doctor.

Posted by: davros 72 June 20th, 2010
got some spoliers for you all .
the doctor gets out of the chair . and makes all the baddies fight.
and guess what the daleks come out on top again .. even tho the yellow one gets destroyed by the cybermen and a group of other bad folk , the white dalek kicks all there asses tho .
amy saves the day wiv river to let the doctor out
Posted by: Metebelis3 June 20th, 2010
The Doctor is indeed in his 11th incarnation but he has not regenerated 11 times. He has regenerated 10 times,so he has at least 2 left.We still have The Twelfth and Thirteenth Doctors to look forward to.
Posted by: DW_matt_DW June 20th, 2010
during the episode i started to think that it was young amelia pond. but no, it was empty i hate cybermen realy i hate them they are at the bottom of my faverit enemys list. I was suprised that only 3 daleks came to the pandorica y not the five and besides the blue one didnt come and hes the strategist and my fav colors blue. River Song cant die as we alredy seen that she dies in the 10th doctors timeline. I want the Daleks to turn on all the other aliens and destroy all the other aliens and take over the galaxy. I want the cybermen to die and never com bak i hate them i realy hate the maybe if they had redisigned them i would try them but now i hate them get RID now DIE DIE DIE cybermen only cool thing about them is the wierd wire thing when it grabs Amy and it tries to munch at her like a dog and the headless and armless cyberman thats the only good thing about them. PS i’m changing my name to I_HATE_CYBERMEN

I hope the BBC will make Doctor Who stay on for longer cause its a great programe to watch like somehow and many of you wont agree with me that somehow the Doctor gets 12 more of his lives I remember that on GMTV when Sylvester McCoy said that the BBC could change the rules of Doctor Who. All that ive said is my opinion.

Ps Is the Tardis at the end of Episode 12 in Pandorica’s box?
Posted by: Charles June 19th, 2010
Perhaps the Tardis has not blown up? Yes it has in an alternate time (ref shrapnel from previous episode) but maybe not this one – perhaps a choice made changes the outcome…I think in the episode there was a pointed remark that if there is no living thing in the Tardis it would shut down? Perhaps River Song kills herself to make amends for ‘killing a good man’ either in the past or a potential future? If the Tardis does not explode then the cracks in time will not appear….

I see everyone is now well aware of what creatures from the Doctors recent past will be apparently returning. I knew well that thered be atleast the “white” and “blue” box Daleks from victory and a Hoix )!( aswell as a rather unusual Cybermen which is basicly the same as from the Russel T era, but ARENT from the parallel universe or that rubbishyish episode which I wont name for now because of David Morrisey being so excellant as a would-be Doctor.
And these Cybermen, well fans are suggesting with desperation, well pleading actually! that they will be real Cybermen like from the Classic Series and not just robots with human brains from an alternate world. Yeah, well if you did that you would still have the problem of them being the same design and in terms of function, never mind the aesthetics, the more Robot-like cybermen are still slow and noisy and unintelligent (which is all a very prominent contribution to our irritation and displeasure in the David Morrisey episode).
And if they were supposed to be real Cybermen and they just ignored the fact that they clearly arent, they wouldnt be true cybermen any way becuase they are still not the more Cyborg like and efficient Cybers of the older episodes and theyre UGGGHHHH, THEYRE LIKE SQUASHED FLIES, JUST NEED TO BE WASHED OFF OF OUR WINDSCREENS!!!
So although I would like to add that the sight of the Cybermen in the trailer for “The Pandorica Opens” is somewhat a rahter inspiring and marvellous and unusual and infact almost quite surreal an image to our minds (and it does manage to form its way to yr subconscience and remain stuck rather) the problem remains that if they dont do things THE CHRONOLOGICAL and NON-CANONICALLY CHALLENGINGLY way (as they may have done in Dr Who with logical problems that you would need to solve somewhat and find an answer to, like the past incarnations of The Doctor that appeared in the Brain of Morbius which would mean like that the Doctor has lived alot more than just a Timelords limit by now, and The Silurians not being from the Silurian era or the Eocene era as mentioned in the shows past.)what they ABSOLUTELY CANNOT DO HERE IS IGNORE THE ORIGIN OF THESE CYBERMEN. Im off now to watch the TWELVE episode of the Series 5 and I am not going to tolerate any nonsense concerning about the Cyberman in this episode, and maybe it can be that these Cybermen in our universe look like the Factry ones from Alternateive world, but arent, and they exist here and perhaps that means the Mondas Cyborgy Cybermen from the classic series did exist in that parralel universe aswell. So its not that there are alternate Cybermen in the parralel world, but that there are Cybermenish robots emerging from a factory at a point in Earths history different from in our world, and now these cybers dont even count as ALTERNATE, because they are in OUR WORLD now, with minor differences.

the pandorica opens was incredible!! but i believe the bbc are preparing us all for the end of dr who! i dont no y i just do. i rerlly cant think how they will solve this one. i think next years installment of the dr series will be the famous time lords last. but remember, it was sed long ago in dr who that the dr only gets 12 regenerations and he is on his 11th! prepare for the end of reality!
Posted by: Nigel M June 19th, 2010
Think back to The Eleventh Hour. At the end, the Doctor left after defeating Prisoner Zero. We then saw seven year-old Amelia Pond waiting in her back garden and we heard the Tardis. But we know that the Doctor didn’t go back to visit her again when she was seven – AT LEAST HE HASN’T YET. So who was it in the Tardis that went back to visit her and more importantly, when did this happen ? I believe this will form part of the story in the final episode.

Is anyone else wondering where that damaged Cyberman came from?
Posted by: This is Spartaaa. With Autons. June 19th, 2010
Am i the only one that remember that River Song was pictured filming with James Corden?
And we haven’t seen the scene where Amy and River (who’s holding a CyberHead) are facing the doctor at StoneHenge as pictured above.
I think Amelia will have to alter her childhood so that shedidn’t read the story of Pandora’s Box and she never read about The Romans.
Posted by: Nigel M June 19th, 2010
The Pandorica Opens was as good as anything in the 21st century series so far. It had everything and despite reading quite a few internet spoilers in advance it still had some unexpected shocks for me. Hopefully the final episode The Big Bang will continue in the same vein.
The only question I have is – why couldn’t the first eleven episodes have been of the same quality as this one ? It would have made this series awesome rather than average.
Posted by: IWasBored! June 19th, 2010
On my comment below, I was worried I didn’t spell synopsis correctly. And guess what! I spelt probably incorrectly. Typical!
Posted by: IWasBored! June 19th, 2010
SHOCK HORROR!!! The Pandorica was empty! The different DW villians joined up to trap the Doctor into it! All the Romans were Autons in disguise, including Rory! The Rory Auton killed Amy! The TARDIS blew up with River inside it! Yes it looks terrible!
This is not a ruse, for those of you who haven’t seen The Pandorica Opens, this is all true! Which means I’ve just done a River Song (I’ve revealed spoilers). Oops. Sorry!
Which means that in The Big Bang, there will be a lot hanging on it! Which brings me to my new synopsis for the episode (pribably didn’t spell synopsis right)! NOTE: I’ve borrowed most of it from the official one.
“The Alliance have won. The Doctor has been sealed into the Pandorica, the TARDIS has been destroyed, taking River Song with it, and time and space itself is collapsing. The only hope is a little 7 year old girl who still believes in stars. But if she can stop the terrible happenings, save her future self, save the TARDIS, save the Doctor, and ultimately save the whole of reality, she will have to act quickly. For silence is falling…”

Hello, first comment from me ever on here
I did not bother with the Lodger episode (read a book instead) last week. However The Pandorica Opens is something many of the Old Dr Who fans have been waiting for a long while. including myself.
Actual story line, actual surprise, actual tragedy, yes some good old creepiness and yes SUSPENSE, like the old days. Well done Auntie Beeb
No leaks…YET,
Amy Pond being killed off was a surprise, for sure. Many I think will be glad, she was rather cardboard?
I wonder though with declining viewing figures, is the BBC readying viewers for the ultimate end of Dr Who? If the TARDIS is destroyed, as seems possible, how will the Dr travel through time and space any more?
But of course, the writers will solve this, one assumes.
For the first time in this New era, I am actually wanting to see the next episode NOW!
My opinion of the writers, producers and all at Dr Who has risen considerably this evening.
Lets hope for an astounding last episode of this series, with pointers to the next.
Crikey I did not think I would type that in any time soon of Dr Who.

I’m interested in this some sort of Cybermen head that is attacking Amy with its wiring that is somehow being powered by some sort of compact life support system!
Posted by: Elle Smith xxx June 18th, 2010
I think John is right
It could be the evil doctor
And he could have his “own” TARDIS which is the one that gets blown up (and we see a fragment of it at the end of COLD BLOOD)
I absolutely love matt smith, he’s gorgeouse and histerical
But Rory is funny and I want him to come back

‘WHY is your comment so long, James?’
But anyway, how does the pandorica open?
And who, or what is being held inside the pandorica? (besides, the cybermen, daleks, sycorax, cheoloian, but the rest I can’t remember.)
Posted by: Thomas P June 18th, 2010
when the cracks have opened all over space and time, it has allowed part of the doctor in the pandorica to escape – in the episode about the dreams. he escaped the pandorica and tormented our doctor.
Posted by: James June 17th, 2010
I THINK I might have come up with something as regards the mysterious “Big” being lurking within the Pandorica (and believe me, I think there IS one) but we’ll see; Bear with me here I May be/Probably AM wrong but as far as I can work it out thus far (and All the clues are there – you just have to Look for them) I THINK it goes something like This; Do you remember the odious “Timelord Victorious” personality story that appeared VERY late in Tennant’s run (although there were Hints of it before)? Well I Think Moffat Might be bringing that back now but with a difference – Whereas with Tennant it was just another side to his character? With Smith? I think it might be a whole other Doctor that MS’s Doctor HAS to fight in the finale – But this “Big Bad” that MS has to face will be not just ANY Dr, oh no – but HIM. I think it will basically turn out to be a clone of MS but with the worst traits of the Timelord Victorious, the Dreamlord AND all the other Dr’s mixed in and it will be Supremely in command of it’s powers as well – Allow me to explain.
I think the explosion of the Tardis in the finale might just split off the Timelord Victorious part of his personality from the REAL Dr and That Dr has somehow reached the peak of his powers and is now going off ahead of MS’s Dr having his OWN adventures, destroying all manner of civilisations (eventually leading to His imprisonment in the Pandorica) and setting all sorts of traps for MS as well; That would explain just WHAT happened to MS Sonic Screwdriver in TEH when it ended up in Prisoner Zero’s room looking like it had been in a battle/killing of some sort- We never DID see the answer to that did we? More importantly, such a storyline would also explain just WHO came back to persuade Amy to Trust him in F & S And it would explain just what he said to her in TEH when she was 7 which we didn’t see…..(And I’m not talking about MS’s Dr when I say “he”, not the good one anyway). Maybe THAT Dr is the One that MS has to fight at the end? The clues all point to it – Consider River Song said to him his life and Particularly the Opening of the Pandorica “has to be lived through” with No “sneak previews” or nearly none – who else could “live” through that of which she speaks except the ONE person for whom the Pandorica is NOT meant to open? She’s said to have killed “the best man I’ve ever known” And learned from the VERY best how to fly the Tardis – Who else could that be but MS Dr at the very HEIGHT of his powers? (and if you Don’t believe me? Just look at How reverential of him, Father Octavian and his troops were – They treated him like a human ICBM just Waiting to go off and were Most worshipful/in awe of him – they even called him ‘sir’ I Think they might have mixed the two Dr’s up)
As to other things? Well, The Pandorica itself is said to be a Fairytale – It CLEARLY refers to Pandora’s box (capable of unleashing Hell on Earth and terrors beyond imagining) and what about just How close to the word Paradox it is? What else is a bigger paradox than making the Dr fight…….Himself. He also said in AC something like the “one enemy he was afraid of” was the Dream Lord who WAS him – The Dream Lord’s face appeared to him briefly at the end After he retreated and finally – along with the Dr Himself saying that it is going on all around him without him knowing – how COULD he know if his own timeline is being unwritten or REwritten by the Evil MS Dr (IF it exists?) He couldn’t – Amy didn’t know when Her own timeline wrote out Rory nor did the Soldiers in F&S know after the others walked into the light and this would explain a lot of just Why MS isn’t that aware of exactly What is going on around him as it’s HIS timeline being rewritten. Finally, there is I think, THE most significant clue of all; I think the Biggest clue is that both ‘Angel Bob’ AND ‘Prisoner Zero’ speak of the “Doctor in the Tardis” not knowing what is happening – What if maybe, just maybe there was another, unspoken part to that sentence? Like perhaps – What if there was a “Doctor in the Tardis” AND a “Doctor in the Pandorica”? TWO Doctors – a sufficient space time event to cause an explosion big enough to destroy the Tardis and end the universe or at least START such an explosion no? I think The most dangerous enemy MS must fight in this series by Far is the one he’ll have to face Right at the end………………Himself. What’s more I don’t think he’ll win either – I think he’ll have to rely on the ONE woman he trusts River Song (who he Asks if he can trust in F&S) to kill this “bad” him and thus earn herself time in a Storm Cage for killing a man who was in Father Octavian’s words “a hero to many”.
As to the rest? I think what might happen is that Amy will prove to be the most important being in the universe (as MS himself said in F&S) because she will help CAUSE the explosion and cracks by maybe Forcing the Dr into allowing her to meet Rory again after she realises just Who he is/What he means to her and? As he should technically should no longer exist in HER life (rules of being unwritten by the crack vs Love that Lasts a thousand years maybe?), THAT causes a paradox Big enough to force open the Pandorica, release the Evil Dr and Start the Explosion to end ALL explosions as well as leading to a fight to the Death between the two Dr’s. The paradox might not kill Amy or Rory and WOULD allow them to meet as well as don’t forget in Last of the Timelords a Similar Paradox allowed the Toclafane to slaughter their ancestors – After That? Allowing Amy to meet a man who should not exist for her would be Child’s play. I also think that if the above isn’t true about the Pandorica being Forced open by Amy “forcing” a meeting with Rory when she shouldn’t?
THEN maybe Moffat will follow the line of Amy Herself Being the Paradox. Maybe the fact Amy’s name changed from Amelia to Amy AND that the Duck Pond in Leadworth is Empty AND that Amelia/Amy has no family AND that the Dr’s Sonic Screwdriver mysteriously found it’s way into Prisoner Zero’s room for no Apparent reason in TEH AND looked like it had just been in a battle are ALL significant and maybe if That line is taken, the story will go thus; What if AMY is the paradox? What if Amelia WAS killed by Prisoner Zero or one version of her was but the Future/Bad MS Dr went back early enough in her life to Make her trust him at the age of 7 and thereby obey him and live – Something he refers Again to in F&S to reinforce that trust? (and conveniently make her and the Cracks in time following her follow HIM and destroy his foes like the Vampires or Angels?) Anyway, What if in doing that and saving Amy, he STOPPED the universe killing her when it HAD to and thus helped trigger the explosion on her wedding day? (Maybe in THE and CB – Amy and Rory, then Amy are waving in a warning to her to get AWAY from the Dr as He is the feared inhabitant of the Pandorica? Or at least Looks like him). Anyway, with her Alive and Meeting Rory when she never must AFTER he’s been wiped out of her timeline? A woman who should have been long dead meeting a man who should never have existed – in HER life anyway and then growing to love him? What if THAT causes the explosion which in turn leads to the Tardis’ destruction which in turn leads to Two Doctors then to a fight to the Death between them that destroys most of the known universe in it’s aftermath?
All conjecture and good fun I know but I’m Convinced the finale will play out something like what I’ve just listed with almost certainly an evil Dr version of MS SOMEWHERE In the mix and Amy either forcing the good Dr’s hand and precipitating the explosion by meeting Rory due to this OR by her living due to the evil Dr’s actions when she SHOULD have died with her family and the ducks (LOL) but instead she lives on as a living anamoly which the universe is constantly trying to correct (remember the reapers in “Fathers Day”? Like that but FAR more powerful due to Amy’s role in the Tardis’ Destruction) – then? Her not only living a ‘forbidden’ life but meeting a man who SHOULD not be part of it due to him being unwritten would cause the dreaded final explosion of the Tardis if she doesn’t force the Dr’s hand on meeting Rory herself that is…. I might be right in some of that, I might equally be talking a load of rubbish, who knows? Still, either way, we’ll find out soon enough won’t we? All in Good Time…………………………

REMEBER when the crack sucked rory to never exsised he could be the billons of the most cazmo he would be in the paradox

I bet a jammie dodger that its a Graske inside the Pandorica.
It resembles a Goblin.
And has worked with the Trickster.
If this is true then this could possibly be the best season finalé this year.
Posted by: Robert June 15th, 2010
i think the pandorica contains a different type of cybermen and the two types of cyber men have a war that makes a big bang beacause they make a paradox
Posted by: John Smith June 15th, 2010
The pandorica is a device The Doctor created; it keeps the time vortex in a stable stance but somehow it is opening, causing splits in walls of the universe. When the vortex gets to a point in which it is uncontainable and all of time and space explode – a big bang!
Posted by: EpicFlashBack June 15th, 2010
Omega or The Master in The Pandorica
Posted by: EpicFlashBack June 15th, 2010
I think either Omega or The Master. Notice the amount of characters reappearing for a second time in the series: Liz 10, Winston Churchill, River Song, Silurans, Daleks (maybe Rory the Clerics from The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone with Father Octavian, Craig and Sophie from The Lodger and Vincent Van Gogh) and that all of these people/monsters have all had the crack appear at least once in their episodes.
Posted by: King Ninja June 15th, 2010
Here’s an unlikely, daft, subversive idea…
Could it be Love? The cybermen, at least, would argue, “Emotions destroy you”. And indeed Amy almost did destroy herself when she lost Rory. Still think it’s the Doc himself. But all ideas count at this stage…Even if they’re a bit far fetched…
Posted by: King Ninja June 15th, 2010
Hmmm…Reckon no one can answer my question (below). I would be very suprised if it wasn’t the Doctor or something about his personality at the lest, concealed in the pandorica. Think about it- and the end of Amy’s choice we perhaps were given a hint by the docs’ ‘evil’ side being reflected to him by the tardis console. Well, we shall see…but it is very unlikely that any force in the universe aside from himself, could be more powerful than the daleks or cybermen!
Posted by: Jazpyy June 15th, 2010
I was right, it is the doctor in the pandorcia, get over to drwhotv.co.uk if you want to see what is inside it, they have concept art accidentally released.
Posted by: rtw85 June 15th, 2010
what about the most feared being the doctors real name, as river song alludes to in silence in the library. this could be the progression from the original series.
Posted by: Anonymous June 14th, 2010
I think it is the omega
Posted by: Johnny June 14th, 2010
in the pandorica it could be the master (maybe not) rory, or it could be one of the old doctors. but its gonna be very big!

“There was a goblin. Or a trickster, or a warrior. A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. Nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it – one day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.”
Now who does that sound like to you?. Looking from both sides of the fence..
Besides, concept art has foolishly been made available online in advance of next week which merely confirms..

did u all see at 48 Cyberhead was moving by it self it was creepy

I want Next or Future Doctor to be Richard Hammond that will be so Cool?
Posted by: King Ninja June 14th, 2010
Is the Moff an athiest like Russel T? Cos, is it just me, or have there been loads of religious and atheist metaphors throughout the series? Angels, priests, faith, a white light (spelling non existence rather than Heaven)…and more…
Hmmm, maybe I’m on the wrong track? Whatever is in the Pandorica (which I think shall be something about the Doc himself!) will certainly bring all the series’ themes together in to one whole. Whever my insight is correct or not.
Oh, and can’t wait for the return of the cybermen!!!! They rock!!!! And I hope they win…which is kind of like me supporting Leeds Untd cos they never do. Shame.

will omega return
Posted by: Kaled Mutant June 14th, 2010
And I think when the Panorica opens, there will be no inside, but a doorway to the other doctor. At this point the Red Bowtie Doctor and Blue Bowtie doctor will see each other. They will realize what is happening and try to get away from each other, but theie enemies will throw them both in and they will touch. The two doctors touching will cause an explosion tearing the two timelines apart, and destroy one of the Tardis’s. The only way to close the rift, and seal it forever is to throw one of the two Doctors in. And that’s a job for River, because a future Doctor told her. So she will murder A Doctor, but leave one alive for next season.
NOTE: The Doctor and River are completely opposite. When the Doctor (Tennant) 1st meets her, it is the last time she meets him. Presumably, the last time the Doctor meets her, will be the 1st time she meets him.
Thus, when River 1st met the Doctor, it was the his last incarnation.
Posted by: Kaled Mutant June 14th, 2010
And these two timelines of the doctors (RED and BLUE) are pressed together, but are cracking apart. In one timeline there is no duckpond, in the other there is. So the amalgam is a duckpond with no ducks.
Posted by: Kaled Mutant June 14th, 2010
Also I noticed that in the trailer BOTH red and blue tie doctors are in it.
Posted by: Kaled Matant June 14th, 2010
I think it all has to do with the two doctors. All along we have been watching two Matt Smitch Doctors. One with a RED bow tie, and one with a BLUE bow tie. Go back and watch and you will see. And the dream lord was not evil, it was the Doctors subconscious trying to tell him there are two timelines. Watch that episode again. One time line is the RED bowtie doctor, one is the BLUE bowtie doctor.
Also note that Amy does not have a mum or dad, just an aunt. And we have never seen the aunt. But her Mum have her an apple with a smile on the skin of it that looks just like a crack on the skin of the universe.
And Amy and River have the exact same watch.

whatever the last two episodes are about if steven moffat wrote them expect two brilliant episodes HE IS THE BEST WRITER FOR DOCTOR WHO and as for matt smith he is BRILLIANT hes fresh and exciting for the kids WELL DONE THE BBC
Posted by: Nigel M June 13th, 2010
My theory.
The Doctor is the most-feared being in the cosmos. His enemies (they all appear in the finale) fear him, the Time Lords fear him. So I would say that the Pandorica is a maximum-security prison and the Doctor will get trapped in it (series cliffhanger). Some possible clues are:
In The Eleventh Hour, Prisoner Zero says “The Doctor and the Tardis doesn’t know what caused the cracks”. We now know that the Tardis is involved in the big-bang explosion, so how did Prisoner Zero know this ? Prisoner Zero had escaped from an unnamed PRISON – was it the Pandorica ?
In Flesh and Stone River Song tells the Doctor that she killed a man, “the best man she ever knew”, to which the Doctor replies “Who ?”. She also told the Doctor they would meet again when the Pandorica opens, so is she involved in imprisoning him and believes she killed him in the process ?
Also one last thought – if Rory was erased from time, why does the engagement ring still exist ?
Posted by: Anonymous June 13th, 2010
god yeh get it right, give you a clue, big team up, doctor, enemies, thing in the pandorica.
xx Please watch the finale Amy has a big part.
Posted by: Niall June 13th, 2010
Created by a very big bang… exploded tardis? hmm any thoughts. Hopefully the most feared being will be omega

i think that the pandorica is the alien from the begining of the univers and the crack was created by the big bang at the begining of the univers beacaus the doctor said that the crack was created by a powerful explosion
Posted by: Doctor Who Fan June 13th, 2010
Yeah, I think it’s The Master
Posted by: Doctor Who Fan June 13th, 2010
Don’t bring back The Rani, bring back Omega!!!!
Posted by: Ronnoc June 13th, 2010
I really think it’s gonna be the master who agrees
Posted by: Ronnoc June 13th, 2010
I think the tardis creates the crack in some soon to come episode which the master bumps into on galifray. The master now inside the crack takes controll (with being the most powerfull being taken by the silence) of all the other things swallowed by the crack. Meaning the master’s in the pandorica.
Posted by: Jazpyy June 13th, 2010
Has nobody figured what is inside the pandorcia? well I’ll give you a clue, he wears a bow tie, and he is the most feared being in the universe. and he’s not already in there he is going to be put inside it by all the things that hate him.

Hm… Amy’s Time… what could that be… but she probobly wont die.
Posted by: Felix June 13th, 2010
i’ve heard so many rumours that the rani will return, she might be in the crack
Posted by: MrsDavidTennant June 13th, 2010
I like DoctorWhoNerds theorey about the date on Rorys issue card. That could be why Amy can’t remember. The only thing is why would they travel in time? I’ve also heard that rumor and I think it could be what happens. I would love it if it did and I’ve seen those pictures of Rory too! I want Rory back :’)and finaly it doesn’t have anything to do with Pandoras Box does it? Hmmm….
Posted by: DoctorWhoNerd June 13th, 2010
I’ve heard a rumor that it’s Rory and everyone else who was absorbed by the crack inside the Pandorica. That would, I suppose, make a bit of sense as they might have been ‘soaked in the blood of a million galaxys’ because they have been erased by time. Another reason it could refer to Rory is because he was seen as a Roman warrior in the pictures that havn’t yet been released by the BBC. Anyway tell me what you think. I personaly think that the rumor could be true as Rory is deffinately returning (due to the pictures seen and why else would they keep refering back to him? The 10th Doctor and Rose never refered back to Mickey after he stayed in the Parallel Universe and he was still alive!)and it would make sense. I also like the idea of the Doctor being inside the Pandorica as well and also the fact that Amy can’t remember the Daleks or anything could have something to do with Rory’s odd issue date for his nurse name tag. I don’t know, it’s very confusing….
Posted by: Ive reaserched in Time June 13th, 2010
I’ve looked at several spoilers and episode guides, the weevils from Torchwood are there, the silurions, the nestene (Christopher Eccleston Series) and several others like daleks, cybermen, sontarons, Van gogh leaves a warning for the Doctor in a painting, type in “the pandorica opens” on google, some good sites, especially Dr Who wiki! 19th of June is also my birthday!!! Happy Time Travelling!

Hi everyone I am a bit confused will jack from series 1-4 who can live for ever , return?
Posted by: John Smith June 13th, 2010
I think that it is very stupid of the writers to set ep. 4 and 5 after this episode because now we know that riversong won’t die and Karen Gillan said she will return for series 6 and Matt smith is also staying and Matt smith is 1,000,000X better than david Tennant
Posted by: Doctor Who Fan June 13th, 2010
Does anyone else think that The Master is in the white light?
Posted by: harley June 13th, 2010
I wounder if the daleks and the cybermen and the sontarons make friend and I dont want matt smith going yet and PLZ DONT GO AMY POND!!!!
Posted by: The No.1 Doctor June 13th, 2010
This has to be the best way to end Matt Smiths 1st series outing the doctor! To add to the fact that the crocked smile would have to be the best story arc ever! The cybermen, Autons, Slitheen, Daleks, Sontarans and many more a re returning makes it even better. On top of that, IT’S WRITTEN BY STEVEN MOFFAT!!!!!! The best writer for Doctor Who ever! Just hoping Amy dosen’t die or leave the TARDIS!

to everyonw who said anything about the doctors companions from series 1 to 4 are not returning as the new head of Doctor Who said that he was not bringing back companions that Russel t davies created
but anway
the lodger was agreat episode they should make a craig owens figure but the episode was brilliant i really like when the doctor head buts craig and pases info on to him that was 1 of the best things in doctor who ever!
and
the pandorica opens will be one of the best final parter episodes ever to be in doctor who the cybermen daleks sontarans ect etc dont know what way it is but this is gonna be brilliant i hpoe we get to see the actual aliens and not just there ships
i cant wait this is gonna be brilliant
what do you thik ?
Posted by: Joe June 12th, 2010
I heared a rumour that the thing inside the pandorica is called the war lord. it might not be true.
Posted by: someone June 12th, 2010
the dismattled cyber head was very scary i would just scream if holding one like amy is, curling around my arm.
Posted by: The Machiavallian June 12th, 2010
What is particularly interesting is the destruction of the TARDIS – which assuredly cannot be allowed to happen, since this is the only TARDIS (we know of) to be in existence.
Posted by: Felix June 12th, 2010
i dont want rory 2 come back, and the rani may be inside the crack
Posted by: Juddon PLatoon June 12th, 2010
I reckon because in Series 4 not only did we have Daleks in the finale we also had Sarah Jane, Rose, Martha, Harriet Jones, Captain Jack etc.
I reckon this year is the opposite with more foes than friends and I think the Rani is inside
Posted by: koolh June 12th, 2010
the doctor must have as many enimies in the universe as friends, and to his enimies point of view, he is the most evil thing in the universe, that saying, ‘it contains the most feared bieng in the cosmos’ or whatever may have been written/said by one of his enimies.
Posted by: koolh June 12th, 2010
Its got to be The Doctor thats in the Pandorica. Possibly, maybe the real Doctor was imprisoned and put in there at some point during the eleventh hour and then the doctor that has been throughout the series is a future/alternate doctor. The cracks may be the doctors escape attempt from the Pandorica trying to get out. Just some throughts, fanale looks brill tho.
Posted by: Drwfan June 12th, 2010
I think loads of enemys will come out and omega will be in the pandirica, It makes sense cos it says he was like kicked out and a joker and all and if u listen 2 the trailer it says that it is the trickster from sarah jane (who is a main in the a–)
I hope it rules!
Posted by: Chris Baker June 12th, 2010
Well, we know Amy is staying on for another series, I just can’t wait to find out who exactly River Song is! Best finale by far since the programme’s revivial.

IVE REALIZED THE MOST FEARED THING IN THE UNIVERSE (OR GALAXY)YES ITS MEN THE ANOMNOUS THINGY IVE SPELT IT WRONG) ANY WAY THE MOST FEARED THING SONTAREN DALEKS CYBERMEN etc THEY WILL START A HUGE WAR
WAR IS THE MOST FEARED BEING IN THE UNIVERSE WITH THE BLOOD OF BILLIONS IS ONE WARRIOR WAR!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: a person June 12th, 2010
i think the black guardian will be in the pandorica and the cybermen will appear because they were in the trailer but have not been in any episodes yet!
Posted by: James June 11th, 2010
In the episode lots of the doctors enimies will apear. Any thing that has fallen into the cracks, including old cybermen.
Posted by: The Mister Master June 10th, 2010
U guys i think the cracks are the master trying to get out of the time war. And the pandorica is Omega
Posted by: Neil June 8th, 2010
The Lodger melds into Pandorica because one of the Roman soldiers is credited as being in Saturdays episode.
Posted by: Laurie June 8th, 2010
will the Doctor be able to get Amy Pond back or she will be like Roy?
Will River get them both back? Will ever thing be normal again?
Posted by: Paul Topham June 7th, 2010
Just one word – Valeyard. I think the Dream Lord was the Valeyard attempting to imprint himself upon our reality.
The Cybermen make an appearance at some point in the series, probably in The Lodger. The events in the finale seem way beyond them.
Posted by: Naomi June 7th, 2010
I just want rory back :L
Posted by: ??? June 6th, 2010
I’ll bet anyone who has been sucked into the crack will be in there. They keep making references to Rory, if he wasn’t coming back I don’t think they would keep mentioning him.
Also, what happened to the wedding ring, did the doctor get rid of it, or is it still in the tardis?
Posted by: Adenman84 June 6th, 2010
Not sure if this has been said already…buuuttttt…in regards to the pandorica holding the most dangerous threat(s) in the universe…could it be that the Doctor himself is the biggest threat in the universe and when he reached into the time crack he was (obviously) seeing what is to come and (as a theory) he will become the prisoner inside the pandorica…or something like that. The reason I thought this is because he has been a bit ‘dark’ at times in this series and there has been a lot of suffering and mistake made by him as this series has gone on. Also in one episode he says “No there afraid of me” referring to his enemies etc fearing him. So to me it would be logical for them to imprison him or kill him for good…just food for thought
Posted by: ???????????????? June 6th, 2010
i reckon everything that has been eaten up in the crack will be in the pandorica and amy will get stuck in there with rory. Maybe river song will go in the tardis with the dr. cant wait until the finally. Also the lodger looks good.
Posted by: dr what June 6th, 2010
i think ep 11 is introducing 12 and 13 cause since season 3 they have been 3 parter eps
Posted by: jamie June 6th, 2010
i think it is the cybermen because in the trailers it was the cybermen
but they havent been on yet well the not in the lodger episode the big bang and the pandorica opens. and the crack leeds to them river song is back
but i think evryone missis ROSE TYLER and MARTHA JONES they were the best so far so is AMY POND.
Posted by: MP Flydale North June 6th, 2010
I thought we were supposed to interpret the woman in “The End of Time” episodes as the doctor’s mother. In any case, she wasn’t nearly important enough to that series to come back again.
I would love to see another episode with more than one regeneration (like “The Five Doctors” in the old series). The Pandorica seems like a good excuse to have them come back, no?
Posted by: Rich Evans June 5th, 2010
If you look at some bits of the serise You will see that we have seen Two Matt Smiths! Also regarding “whovian addict” chat regarding the woman looking at David Tennant with Rassalon? did you look at the chap who was next to her who didn’t show his face? If you got it have a look.. he looks remarkably like Matt! If it isn’t the doctor’s tardis the crack is from another univerce so could it be another doctor? Can’t wait!
Posted by: Dominic June 5th, 2010
Cybermen – there were pics in the DWM.
Posted by: Anonymous June 5th, 2010
well i believe that the cyber men return but that as the galaxys(or universe i dont pay much to the borin details) most feared thingy i recon (<—Believe it is spelt wrong) the humans are the universe's or galaxys most feared thing could be possible.

Sounds soooo cool (if it’d true)

Yeah like maybe Winston,River Song,Liz Ten
Posted by: third doctor June 4th, 2010
i dont thinks its the christopher eccleston and david tennant companions to warn the new doctor whats happening. i think it’s the friends through out this series that will warn him.
i think the cybermen are behind this and i think the rani is behind it as well another timelord.
Posted by: Surfin’ Bird June 4th, 2010
I can’t wait! Maybe River and Rory come out becuase they’re trying to escape from what else is in there. And with the TARDIS piece that the Doctor found in the crack last week, maybe an old Time Lord will return.
Omega, the Master (probably not), or someone new?
Posted by: morgan June 4th, 2010
the pandorica is the crack in time i think
Posted by: Neil June 4th, 2010
There`s a Tardis like object involved judging by the spoiler pics, the bigger version of the Time Of Angels puzzle box with a door ajar peeking into a blue glow and a piece of machinery.
I wonder what context the enemies appear in?-real or imaginary. The Doctor`s friends warn him-which ones?

It’s obviously something to do with the Beast; didn’t you see that episode? The Beast was chained up by the Disciples of the Light—maybe they’re what’s in the Pandorica
