Pierce Bronson as the new Doctor. He could play in any role. Look at James Bond movies. He did a great job. He loves adventure and has a great sense of humor.

Like the brush theme because in Michelle Gomez’s take on the character she might be thought to be at times as intentionally and amusingly daft as a brush.

This video must mean something. A Tardis for Missy? Will Missy do something to the Tardis like almost destroy it? Or has the Doctor hired her to repaint it?

They said that for Series 9 and her apple video. It didn’t

Omega63, in the apple video she mentions Adam and Eve and the serpent, series 9 fearured colony Sarff who just happens to be made of snakes!

This video also definitely means something, Missy is ‘building’ a Tardis. I’d put money on her having one in series 10.

The Master’s/Missy’s TARDIS needs to appear. It would be awesome to see a different TARDIS in the series (Well over than… Her’s….).

Missy as the Master always had in the classic series a Tardis that was a later model than the Doctor’s and which was more navigationally accurate with a fully functioning chameleon circuit. She should be able to make the outside in appearance and size whatever she wants it to be.

I just hope his regeneration story doesn,t go all christmassy like matt smith and david tennants. I,m hoping for an heroic fight for his life. I,d like a stand out like the androzani story. missy part the cause of this.

I disagree, I want a dramatic storyline. Like more consequential and then he realises he can’t get out of it. And has to die to save whatever or whoever. Pretty much a normal story with his death being a shock to him.

And I don’t want Missy to be the reason

I wouldn’t mind seeing missy team up with the doctor and totally earn his trust and then trap him with daleks (being the cause of regeneration)

omega 63, if missy were still her male alterego, it would very much be a bromance, the way the doctor and the master /missy carry on at present. theres always been that twisted relationship on the masters side. The master has always been the catalyst for the doctors troubles, and missy is more blase putting him in harms way and seeing how he gets out of his predicaments, so maybe they could try a different alliance, like in logopolis, but one thats going to end with his regeneration. Just easy on the xmas stuff, thats all i,m saying.

Very pleased to see missy back. I have to say from a personal point of view that I never got the fuss made about John simms as the master, I just didn’t think he was that good, Michelle gomez on the other hand I love. She has the evil/madness we’ve come to expect from the master but unlike John simms version she also has a control over it, she’s not just loopy all the time. More from missy. And more from missy with the next Doctor whoever he or she is would be much appreciated from this old who fan.

I agree, I liked Simm’s Master in 2007 when I had no idea the character had appeared in the show before, but after discovering the classic Masters and then when Missy came along I liked Simm’s alternative take on the character less and less. He doesn’t have the physical presence of the other incarnations so they had to compensate for that in all his storylines by making him plaster his face all over the world.

My only problem with Missy (this maybe why some people prefer the 2007 take) is that she always a frienemy (this is a writing problem). She basic just does vaguely evil pranks rather than actually doing Mastery things, like looking for ultimate power and trying to extend her own life. She just seems to be doing things for the LOLs. This is a problem I have with many villains in the Moffat era. Everything seems to revolve around the Doctor rather than the Doctor being someone who travels around the universe. If they give Missy a story where she is not obsessed with the Doctor, I’ll be happy with her Master.

Oh, i agree with that, I do think it would be nice for the doctor to just stumble on a missy taking over the world story. In terms of the master trying to stay alive (as in the Anthony ainley version) I assume that like the doctor (in time of the doctor) the master was given a new regeneration cycle when he was resurrected for the time war.

Im enjoying missy being in each series since Capaldis first, its something I feel the new series has lacked until now. More of missy would be nice (even being in Capaldis last episode?)

Would love to see what type of Tardis interior Missy would have. Here’s hoping.

In the last little video she did announcing her return for series 9, she mentioned Adam and Eve and the serpent which as it turned out was a clue to the colony Sarff snake character.

I think there’s definitely a clue here too, she’s building a Tardis and she said ‘I’m going to be coming out of this soon!’

Hopefully Missy steals the one Clara and Ashildr are flying about in as I hate the idea of them having one.

I hope she has a classic style interior with the 1963 console in, purely for the possibility that that might be enough to get CO to release a 196 console. 😛

My original idea for Missy’s TARDIS was the War Doctor’s interior but with the roundel walls painted black and the console lights to be purple with a lot more bookshelves, various bits of furniture and clutter around.

I really want her Tardis to have a classic console room interior and at some point it should materialise as a British red phone box. How cool would that look next to the Dr’s police box!
