It can’t be as the trailer showed the outside of the ship and was not a person on the outside. Therfroe, the ship has to be another ship differnet from the the teselecta

Has anyone else noticed how LATE the Doctor Who website are putting up the Adventure Calendar. Yesterday, they did not put up day eleven until five o’clock, but that is forgivable – with the news of the recovery of old episodes, they changed what was day eleven, but I’m sat here at 16:44 and there is no day twelve.

Ok, I’m annoyed with Steven Moffat.
Amy and Rory have left the TARDIS but yet he is putting them in the episode as a cameo, (same point with Closing Time).
And yes I know i’m going to sound like some sort of Kazran Sardick but really once a companion leaves then they come back in the finale or a special episode, but not usually a cameo. If they are going to appear don’t have them cameo, or don’t make them appear at all. Moffat’s Choice.

I agree. But although Amy and Rory are great they should either appear properly or not at all. Moffat’s Choice.

      December 10th, 2011 - 3:22pm

i didn’t really like it becasue it was an exact copy of the one charles dickens wrote, they even had the same name! come on! same with this year, i hope it is a lot better!

    • Admiral Icktheus

      December 10th, 2011 - 3:49pm

Well I liked it. It’s a story which is exactly what you should watch at Christmas and it’s more of a homage to A Christmas Carol. It was Doctor Whos own spin on the story and it’s not the first show to recreate it in their way. Plus the others were hardly christmassey were they?

    • dw2005

      December 14th, 2011 - 9:19pm

Admiral Icktheus, there other christmas specials weren’t at all christmassey, but to me they were much more interesting and more fun to watch. My favourite has be “the next doctor”. It had a christmas theme to it, had an old enemy and showed you all the past doctors. I don’t think a christmas special could be better than that.

      December 18th, 2011 - 2:19pm

well my dad said there was no aliens and the shark was bad, I found it boring and my grandad fell asleep and started snoring! 😆

    • dw2005

      December 18th, 2011 - 9:47pm

I’m glad somebody agrees with me about “a christmas carol”.

    • Admiral Icktheus

      December 19th, 2011 - 11:05am

Well if there’s one thing bad I’d say about A Christmas Carol I’d say that the script was quite weak at times and is probably up (or down) there with Lets Kill Hitler as one of Moffats weaker scripts. His strongest, and my favourite out of the scripts he’s wrote, is definitely A Good Man Goes To War.

This one was good but it’ll never beat the Let’s Kill Hitler prequel. To be honest I thought that one was better than the episode itself!

@Admiral lcktheus: I have to disagree completely with that, until today I would have agreed but when I saw this, I thought: THIS IS THE BEST PREQUEL EVER! But thats my opinion.

Yep, I definitely agree with you tardisfan101 (dwfan101) (torchwoodfan101). This has to be the best prequel ever just before the “let’s kill Hitler” prequel.

I think the episode will start with the ship already exploding and the prequel explains how it happens so maybe he lets go of the button and then in the episode we see him running and jumping about to escape from the explosions.

Does The Blush Of Love have the bit where Mels shoots the TARDIS? In other words does it turn a bit actioney at one point?

    • SpiderDalek94

      December 6th, 2011 - 6:33pm

Yes in the itunes preview you hear the beginning bit when (in the episode) she throws the toy tardis and it transits into the tardis flying but unfortunatly the preview cuts off just as it starts but its on there 🙂

    • Admiral Icktheus

      December 6th, 2011 - 6:40pm

Out of the ones Ive listened to and figured out what the rest of the track will (hopefully) include I’ve come up with a question.
What do 1969, Trust Me, Another Perfect Prison, Greystark Hall, I See You Silence (possibly) and Double Doctor all have in common? There may be more to add to this list soon
