Heard something about a possible return of the Ice Warriors as well.Maybe then we might even see Yeti’s again.

And as for returning monsters, I remember reading that in this year there will be monsters from the 60s and 70s (Ice Warriors fit that description) and they will be very modernised (that may or may not be a good thing, it has to atleast look like an Ice Warrior).

Does anyone think Steven Moffat is trying to make the Doctor’s companions stay longer than one series, like the Classics?
I’m basically saying this because since he took over, back in Series 5, so many changes have been made. It is quite unusual for the Ponds to have bad two and a half series, so this is a guess? I think Clara/Oswin [Jenna-Louise Coleman] might stay for two series… Anyway, I would actually like Moffat to do that, cause sometimes there’s some companions I really like but they only stay for one single series. Take Donna for example! (No, not selfish Martha or annoying Rose, just don’t even THINK about it…).
COME ON CHRISTMAS AND OSWIN!!!

I definitly think it’s better to have companions stay on as long as they have an interesting story and relationship with the Doctor.
A companion a season shouldn’t be a rule.

Like Martha Jones and her cousin Adeola both being played by Freema Agyman, the same is the case with Jenna-Louise Coleman.
In ‘Asylum of Daleks’, she played a woman called Oswin Oswald, but from now on, starting Christmas this year, she will be playing the actual companion character she auditioned for in the very first place who is called Clara Oswin.
In this case, the 2 women are related, perhaps with Clara being an ancestor of Oswin Oswald herself, so in other words, the Doctor met a descendant [Oswin Oswald] of his next companion [Clara Oswin], but both played by Jenna-Louise Coleman

My idea synopsis for part 2
The ponds have gone,left the doctor forever,but this man needs a new companion,no better than the woman in red dress,Clara (Oswin)’the doctor arrives in Victorian times and he needs to repair his tardis,so he is stuck there and lives with vastra,strax and Jenny and his new friend,as they solve mysteries.but he must solve the mystery of the Dalek lady,a woman who has been wiping his memories from the universe.can the doctor save her from the Dalek fate.but if he does won’t they question him,because the time is coming as the fall of the 11th awaits them all.

I’m glad Clara Oswin won’t be from our time, I’m fed up with the fact that every companion from Rose up until Amy and Rory have been all modern day people from our blooming modern technology mad world of the 21st Century, it’s about time there was a companion not from our time, and now we have one.
Thou seeing as Clara is from the Victorian age, that would mean that she is in fact already dead by our time.

No, it was only filmed a month ago. It’s probably still in post-production meaning it’s not finished yet.
