I really loved watching dr.who. I’d always felt jubilant to sit on the couch and say ‘Isn’t life grand’
I also remember one day saying to my sister dr.who will never be as good and emotional as it is without David

I am from the United States. I grew up watching Tom Bakers Doctor. When he changed we stopped being able to see the New Doctor. I had not seen Doctor who again until Christopher Eccelston’s interpertation of the Doctor. I didn’t want to like it, but boy did I get sucked in. Then David Tennant arrived and all I can say is Wow!!! When he regenerated I cried. I will Give Matt Smith a chance but,you know, Rose is in a different deminsion with the human Dotor “David Tennant” what if the doctor regenerated again and the human doctor was around hmmm… I’m just saying It Could Happen!!! sigh oh well

I loved this episode, though it did make me cry a bit. Seeing David Tennant go was very emotional. The ending was very dramatic, especially when the Doctor was lying on the ground saying, ‘I’m alive!’
Then Wilfred knocks.
David did the part as the Doctor brilliantly. He didn’t just act him. He became him.
I am quite upset that David is leaving, but I welcome Matt Smith and can’t wait to see how he will do.

We would like to say how much we love watching doctor who. Our best series was with Donna in it. We think the relationship between the doctor and Donna is great. We’re glad we got to see her in David’s last scenes. The end of time both parts had us gripped to our seats. David will be really missed. We will watch the new series with Matt as the doctor. Never judge a book by its cover!

I true fan would give the next guy a chance. after the next series, then make your mind up not before. Yeah, he doesn’t look the conventional doctor. however, maybe thats a good thing. I loved DT but it was becoming a bit predictable. It always works with new and fresh ideas.
Goodbye DT

I think this episode was good Donna done really well!
I thought it must be really upsetting for Sarah Jane because since she re met The Doctor she’s grown fond of him but now he’s regenerated so she’ll never know what he’ll look like?
Look forward to meeting Amy Pond though and seeing the Silurians and Weeping Angels again

It was really emotional, especially with Rose it was fantastic though! I’d never think Mickey and Martha. The funniest bit was when the Adipose fell of the bar. Over all it was a tremendous episode. When Wilf drove the mini space-pod firing lasers I couldn’t believe my eyes. Was the Doctors mother in it?
Well done to David Tennant,Bernard Cribbins, John Simm, Billie Piper, Elisabeth Sladen, John Barrowman, Freema Agyeman, Noel Clarke and Cammile Coduri. And welcome Matt Smith.

‘The End of Time’ made me cringe. It was complete overkill, making Tennant’s departure into a spectacular ‘death’ – like he’s some kind of God! The whole point is that the Doctor never dies! When he regenerates he has the same thoughts & personality as ever.
No Doctor’s regeneration has EVER blown out the windows on the Tardis, and cause it to crash & burn.
Ridiculous.

As a child I grew up having Tom Baker as the Doctor which made for some fond childhood memories of the show. All these years later, David Tenant rekindled this fondness and I have been thoroughly enjoying every show, as has my daughter.
Perhaps I am alone in thinking this but with the sad departure of David Tenant, Dr Who’s rating are going to plummet and I feel less inclined to follow the show.
However, I will try to keep an open mind and give the new doctor a chance.
But David Tenant will be a hard doctor to replace.
