What Did You Think of Night Terrors ?

After the summer break Doctor Who is back on our screens with the second episode, Night Terrors. What did you think -was it one of the best stories yet or just not as good as you had hoped.

I thought it was ok but took too long to get going and then when it did, it just ended.

the ending was scary, the lady getting pulled in to the binbags was scary, but the scariest bit was when amy and rory were walking down that corridor and you could see that shadow of the doll run behind them.

A creepy old fashioned horror story but with a childish twist. Definitely the best Gatiss story since ‘The Unquiet Dead’ and I must say, those Peg Dolls certainly give the Silence a run for their money in the creepiest monster of the decade so far.

it was a good story, and i did like the creppy dolls and the fact that its inside a a childs bedroom and the way they set it,but i was looking foward to be getting scared but i did think it was a good episode but ‘lets kill hitler’ had to be the best!

Sorry folks – just didn’t get it – bit disappointing really, as Mark Gatiss’ stories are usually good….

Full marks to Matt though on his performance – he goes from strength to strength with each episode!

better than last weeks episode. Bit smaltzy but at least it was a decent stand alone episode. Creepy and interesting. I like gatis stories. Alongside the doctors wife, best so far of the season.

Oh man – The Doctors Wife…what an episode. Probably one of the best and creative episode written for DW ever. It added to and played with the Who Mythology more that than the entire show has done in the last 30 years!

I really enjoyed this one. Nice to have a simple stand alone story for a change. The dolls were creepy, nice dark direction in the dolls house. Very good!

HEY FIRST COMMENT! Very good dark story with the usual dash of humour. My kids were hiding behind their cushions, especially when teh dolls went after amy and rory. It was funny just watching them being scared out of their wits.

    8 out of 10

Brilliant episode. 9/10. Strong preformances and beautifully directed. It was a slower paced episode compared to most NuWho stories but I think that added to it’s charm. Creepy and hilirious. Typical Mark Gatiss.

Love these one off storylines, no back plots to wonder about just sit back and enjoy the show.
