In fact, that is the main reason I thought “Davros”.
Unless there is a new Dalek voice artist, I suspect it’s Davros. However, it is not revealed yet, so I won’t be entirely sure yet; I’ll only get disappointed when it turns out to be the Dalek Education Secretary (because that seems to be the ridiculous direction in which the Daleks are going, they now have a Prime Minister, rather than just good old-fashioned Emperor > Supreme > Supreme council > leaders/saucer commanders > drones)

July 4th, 2014 - 8:27pmAt first I thought, like everyone else, that this was Davros or The Time Controller, but on closer inspection and a bit of thought it appears to be the voice of The Prime Minister, even repeating an idea that ‘he’ (do Daleks really have a gender?) introduced in ‘Asylum’ (hatred is beautiful), so as exciting as this seems, let’s not get ahead of ourselves!
Otherwise, cool trailer, be nice to see the Daleks again, if used wisely
And the ‘darker Doctor’ idea appears to be reinforced again here!
