There’s no way back, no way up and no way out. Trapped among an army of Weeping Angels, the Doctor and his friends must try to escape through the wreckage of a crashed space liner, in the fifth epsiode of Doctor Who, written by Steven Moffat.

Meanwhile, in the forest vault, the Doctor’s companion, Amy Pond, finds herself facing an even more deadly attack.

Doctor Who Confidential

Saturday 01 May BBC3
7:10pm – 7:55pm

Blinded by the Light (Synopsis contains spoilers )

Behind-the-scenes series about the making of Doctor Who. Actress Karen Gillan tells how the ‘Crack in Time’ series story arc fits into this episode, while writer Steven Moffat describes how the very first crack in time was actually in his son’s bedroom wall. As we prepare to say goodbye (for now) to River Song, the cast and crew examine the character’s shady story so far and speculate about her possibly even shadier future, while Karen Gillan gives a guided tour to Amy Pond’s bedroom.

    Production Error
When the Doctor is talking to Amy just before he heads off with River Song, he is seen wearing his brown coat. But he lost that earlier when the Weeping Angels have him captured.

What is the Bynatzium and why did the Doctor shoot it,was it something to do with the angels.

This story was much better than Blink or Silence In The Library.

The story was fantastic the best one so far in this series,do you agree

This looks like it’s going to be great. Not just creepy, but looks like the crack is also going to be important, and for once they’ll see it. Unlike all the other story arcs where the Doctor remained oblivious until the end of the season.

I know the series 5 sequel. the crack in amy’s wall, because at the end of the beast below it shown a crack of light on starship uk. and at the end of victory of the daleks, when the tardis went, there was a crack of light. so in flesh and stone, when the doctor, amy and rory leave, they’ll be a crack of light some where.

I thought that the weeping angels were some of moffats best work on dr who, so I’m glad they’re back.

Episode 6 Vampire in Venice, nuff said.

Episode 7 Amy’s choice is the Face Tendrill

    Episoe 8+9 is Silliurans

Episode 10 Painting a monster (Possibly cybermen?)

Episode 11 football James Corden monster on the stairs

Episodes 12+13 “There was a goblin or a warrior. A nameless Terrbile thing soaked in the blood of a million galaxies. the most feared being in all the cosmos. One day it would fall out the sky and tear down your world” certainly not cybermen.

So the possibility that the weeping angels will meet the cybermen? I’m not sure. They dont seem to fit anywhere else.

I think, maybe, just possibly the Amy Pond facing a threat might be Cybermen! Becuase in the trailer they are in some kind of tomb, just like the weeping angels. And in the synopses of the later episodes there really isnt anywehere else for the cybermen to fit. The next two parter is Silliurans, and the finale sounds like something new is coming.

I was glad that the Weeping Angels were returning in a 2 part story and when we see the Angels once again I hope the 2 part stories are scary than Blink.
