Well, you can tell your friend that he is dead wrong, cos Peter is an amazing actor, and I for one am extremely pleased that Doctor Who has a much older actor for a change.

And anyway, this is Doctor Who, not the Only Way is Essex, The Jersey Shore, Hollyoaks or any other TV series features loads and loads of really young actors.

After all, I feel that, looking back on Matt Smith’s time with Karen Gillian and Arther Darvell, Doctor Who looked like a show where the characters where being played by KIDS and not adults being the Doctor, Amy and Rory.

    Sounds great!
I wonder if all the episodes will be on later and overlap the watershed
If so, then it could allow the show to really go down the darker route properlly! (which would be great!)
Not to mention it’s just nicer to be on later in the evening

Do you think at the end of the episode there will be a coming soon trailer like in the end of the eleventh hour.

Yes, there is one at the end for episode 2, which I won’t name for fear of spoiling you. And it looks amazing!

Nothing overly scary. There is one risky bit with Strax, but in context as a Sontaran warrior it makes sense for him to do what he is doing.

The telegraph review said that there was a part that was the scariest moment in the shows history but I doubt it

I’ve seen the bit they mentioned and while it is scary, it doesn’t compare to things like the Weeping Angels or the Silence and so on.
