I’m excited about the return of the Cybermen. THE REAL CYBERMEN. Not those stupid robots that stomp around and shout “DELETE!!!” I’m also glad those people who have no access to the old series will finally see what Cybermen are.

This will be a classic for sure.

You have better Cybermen which were long overdue (the previous lot just stomped, they didn’t DO anything and that signature tune was hammy as a pork factory).

It’s got a great performance from Matt Smith against the Cybermen, you’ve got what appears to be CYBER-DOCTOR ( 😯 ) and it will be VERY SCARY, Neil Gaiman said so.

Plus there will be, according to Moffat, a Cyber-something-else ❓

Cannot wait for this episode, They recorded two sets of voices for these new cybermen, one of them sounding like the tenth planet voice, the other sounding like the tomb of the cybermen voice. I hope to god when the cybermen appear for the first time there is a new theme tune in the style of the Tomb cybermen theme, just slightly revamped.

Tony, i couldn’t agree more. There were soooo many Dalek episodes and they just HAD TO escelate the whole dalek scenario. There hasn’t been a good cybermen episode and i don’t mean that DREADFUL cybermen from another dimension, i mean good creativity but don’t drag it on with the new ones. I want to see it classic and not some identical shape but SURPRISE! They upgrade others into more of them. My point is, you get the meaning of classic Doctor Who not immitation grab some NEW idea out of a bag and throw it out there. And the episodes like how you say are what Doctor Who need.

This latest series is the best for a long time; Matt Smith is the best Doctor since Peter Davison although I don’t like comparing. David Tenant was good but it all went pear-shaped when they put him in a cage and turned him into a hobgoblin total rubbish. They over ‘Dalektised’ every series and now the Daleks are boring. The Cybermen are rubbish too and until the old Mondasian creatures return they are a waste of space. Bringing back the Silurians and the Ice Warriors was a masterstroke though and we need to revisit at least two of the Doctor’s old enemies every series. Please, please, keep it going as it is- thank God Rory has gone and I hope Clara stays because she is one of the best ever assistants but let’s get rid of the mystery about her soon. I couldn’t bear another River Song scenario it was dreadful. I am a Doctor Who life long fan since 1963 please don’t spoil it again

I found out that Artie and Angie are not the children from The Bells of Saint John! There the crew whos going to be in Journey to the Centre of the Tardis and yes I know theres three of them but one of them dies in it so Artie and Angie travels with the Doctor and Clara!

The crew consists of three men, so not only would one of them have to die, but one would need to switch genders in the ensuing two episodes.

Im a little fed up with all these kids appearing left, right and centre. They really have turned it into a kids show. Whilst its true, Doctor Who was created as a childrens show, it didnt pander to them or dumb itself down. It respected each and every age group, taking itself basically seriously but with humour injected at various points. Now I feel the reverse is true.

Angie – Eve De Leon Allen
      Artie – Kassius Carey Johnson

Rose ?, she’s long gone mate, thou I’m sure your referring to the time when she said “Give me some Spock, for once, would it kill ya ?” back in Series 1.

Um, the Doctor’s methods have helped him survive almost every time. I don’t think Rose has much right in criticizing the methods that have helped the Doctor surivive for centuries…

cyberman2 – Clearly the Cybermen arrive AFTER the Doctor and Clara take the kids to this theme park.

The Doctor would not send kid’s to some intergalactic theme park if he knew there was danger of some sort involved.

I’m fed up with the Cybus Industries one’s. They where cool to start with back in 2006, but after some years they got boring just stomping around.

I heard that Steven Moffat said that the Cybusmen will not appear in any of his episodes, and the Cybermen from Series 6 don’t have the Cybus logo, so it’s safe to say the Mondas Cybermen have been back since A Good Man Goes To War.

The stomping kinda broadcast a warning: Oh no! It’s the Cybermen! Get packed and get moving before they come and get you in oh, half an hour, maybe a whole hour? I think the original Cybermen were scarier because they looked more organic and could be silent if they wanted to, but also very strong.
