December 8th, 2012 - 6:22amDid you guys hear about the new TARDIS interior to be shown in the Christmas special? They’ve released a picture for it. If your not a fan of spoilers. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
Don’t diss the Sonic!!!
December 7th, 2012 - 11:30pmam i the only one thats noticed he isn’t wearing a bow tie. WHAT’S WRONG WITH HIM? He must be really depressed about lossing Amy and Rory if he’s not wearing a bow tie. Bow tie’s are cool.

December 8th, 2012 - 6:20amNO BOW TIE! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!! NOOOOOO! HE CAN’T BE THE 11th DOCTOR WITHOUT A BOW TIE!

McGann is the Doctor
December 7th, 2012 - 11:53amThe trousers remind me of Tom Baker, the busted old top-hat reminds me of the Artful dodger and the crazy old guy from Oliver Twist, the shirt reminds me of his Series 5 shirt, the waistcoat reminds me VERY MUCH of the Sixth Doctor and the shoes remind me of my grandpa ! Hope he still has the suspenders though β
This is the most awesome thing ever ! Future Doctors, you don’t stand a chance of matching the awesomeness of Matt Smith’s outfits β

December 5th, 2012 - 7:12pmBit off topic, but I’m surprised there have been no more Series 7 figures released yet since the 2 Rory Williams variants where released.
Still, at least we now have Rory as a figure after 2 years waiting. Poor old Rory certainly seemed shunned into the background in my view.

December 5th, 2012 - 7:28pmI take it you didn’t here the news that Character Options have stopped making 5inch figures then.

December 5th, 2012 - 7:59pmWhat seriously ?, no wayyyyyyy π

December 5th, 2012 - 8:06pmI can’t find anything online that says they’ve stopped producing Doctor Who figures of any kind, plus they must still be producing them otherwise I wouldn’t be seeing such figures like the aforementioned Rory Williams figure still in stock in places like the large Forbidden Planet mega store in London.
booboo
December 5th, 2012 - 8:37pmall new series figure will now be 3.75″, classics will stay at 5″
doctorwhoone
December 6th, 2012 - 8:48amSo basicly your saying that classic series figures will stay 5inch, but the new series figures are gonna shrink down to the size of a Hasbro Star Wars figure ?.
That’s ridiculous !. Character should just leave them the height they are, otherwise we could one day be getting a 12th Doctor figure, and when you stand him with the current 11 Doctors available, his gonna be joked as being something like a dwarf !!.
God forbid, it’s daft in my view.
McGann is the Doctor
December 7th, 2012 - 11:49amQuite rightly, it is daft.
They made that decision because they have stopped selling 5 inch new series figures in most retailers.
Only Toys R us, sainsburies, argos, toymaster and forbidden planet are still doing them. All the tescos, symths, asdas and stewart millers have stopped buying.
They have lost TONNES OF MONEY because of this, so they think the only way to get new-series Doctor Who figure in demand again is to make them a smaller size.
Here’s a better idea CO: MAKE BETTER FIGURES ! I mean, Uncle and Peter the Winder when they could have made Vampire girls and a Minotaur? What were they thinking ?! β

December 5th, 2012 - 6:06pmthat last pic looks like it could be made into a character options busk
McGann is the Doctor
December 7th, 2012 - 11:50amTo be honest, even if character options were still making 5″ new series figures I doubt they would have botherd to make a figure. They never made the Doctor in his long coat, or his tuxedo, or his top hat and tails when they had the chance β
It’s not Character Options that make the busts anyway, but if Big Chief make this I will certainly buy (eventually) π

December 6th, 2012 - 3:11amI really don’t like what he’s wearing, and it is definately NOT COOL. But he will be brilliant anyway (I’m trusting Moffat on this), besides at least he isn’t wearing a lederhosen with a bΓ©ret and tap dancing shoes lol.

December 5th, 2012 - 8:43amThat Snow globe the Doctor, Clara and Richard E. Grant’s villain characters hands kinda looks like it can see into the future.
Either that or it’s a miniature version of the viewing globe from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
“Rangers, observe the viewing globe . . . . you are witnessing a Christmas Special episode of Doctor Who, 19 years from now in your future” π
That Snowman over there
December 5th, 2012 - 8:21amI wasn’t so keen on the Doctor’s new outfit at first, but it’s starting to really grow on me now. I’d even go as far as to say that I prefer it to the tweed – and I LOVED the tweed! π
Love those crystal ball promo images! They’re incredible! π

December 5th, 2012 - 8:39amThe tweed jacket will be back after this episode, as there have been pictures of Matt with Jenna riding a motorbike and he seems to be wearing the tweed jacket again.
