Perhaps when she was 16 and 23 years of age, she may have never done anything involving the book, and therefore when she was both 16 and 23 years of age, she never crossed out her previous age and wrote her current one into it.

Either that, or on both occations – She forgot !! 😀

    This is my NEW theory:

I think the crack in time will still be prominant in series 8. As the 11th Doctor failed to ‘piece it back together again’ that resulted in the Time Lords managining to send him a message from Gallifray which is trapped in another Universe.

So, if they can send a message through the crack then surley something else which is more powerful brake through into our Universe?

I think that that something could be Davros and the Daleks. I reckon after Journeys End Davros somehow got nto the same Universe as Gallifray and has built a new race of Daleks. Obviously these Daleks and Davros would probably know about Gallifray so may the Doctor will have to make a new choice as a result:

1). Allow the Daleks to attack Gallifray and let the Time War begin anew OR

2). Destroy Gallifray for good to prevent this happening and (of course) destroy the Daleks and Davros.

Thats what I think – please share your opinions on my theory!!!

I doubt we will see the crack again. They was just a Matt Smith Era only thing really, plus they only really used the Crack to repeat the ‘Doctor Who ?’ message into our universe and give the Doctor his complete new life cycle of regenerations, so there’s no needs for cracks again.

I don’t like the idea of Davros being in the parallel pocket universe with the Time Lords, cos if your assuming his on Gallifrey, then he’d be their prisoner.

Plus, many of us want the Doctor to bring back the Time Lord’s and Gallifrey now that we know they was not killed by him along with their planet.

Hope it’s indeed more out with Timey Wimey and obsession with things like Fezzes and in with a more serious and focused Doctor like Jon Pertwee.Though the brief scene we saw of Peter Capaldi in the 50th special reminded me of 80’s comedian Phil Cool impersonating an Atlantean in Stingray.

Dont suppose we’ll see any Venussian Karate being used? Surey every incarnation of the Doctor beside the third should be able to exhibit that physical skill?

Bit of a kick in the teeth for us Doctor Who fan’s today.

A planet that was discovered last year called ‘HD 106906 b’ which is said to look like Gallifrey will sadly not be renamed Gallifrey after a Doctor Who fan Sam Manhennet did an online petition to have it renamed Gallifrey, but sadly the IAU [International Astronomical Union] won’t change the name to Gallifrey.

I’ve noticed a fun thing about the Eleventh Doctor’s regeneration as well as a sad thing.
The fun thing is that the Eleventh Doctor went out as he lived: breaking the rules.
The sad thing is that even though it was in his timeline Gallifrey was saved, that incarnation never lived long enough to see it saved.

Hey I had thought about the 12th Doctor not having a Sonic Screwdriver! Instead How about the Sonic Cane from Let’s Kill Hitler??? This would make the Doctor appear much more mature. It would give him an older look but he can still move around like a madman at a fast pace, but with the cane the show would be much more relaxed. For the sake of the show, the screwdriver should also be able to detach from the cane itself, so the Doctor can sneak around with it when he needs to.

I also thought he might have a dark side! I mean If Matt was the man child, Capaldi should be the polar opposite. After his regeneration and during his scene in The Day of the Doctor, we saw something daring, something bold. Capaldi looked like a hunter, his anger aimed at anyone in his way. While the Doctor would never use a gun or hurt the innocent, he can still be angry. If you make the wrong move, this Doctor should hunt you down and turn you into dust. He could even start to show signs of the Valeyard, but if so, should keep it down to a minimum.

And Heres his loving Side So the Doctor could be a nightmare for his enemies, what about his companions? This is where he can show his loving side. While there should be no making out with other companions (I think I’ve seen enough of that from the past few Doctors), I still think he can show his love for humans. I believe that when it comes to his companions, he should act as if he was a father taking his son out on a day trip. The companions are almost like his family and thus, I think we should see that. If a Dalek so much as looks at a companion, I want to see the Doctor go into a powerful rage and destroy the Dalek. Shouting at his companions because they won’t listen to his instructions is another way to show this love. Even if it hurts their feelings, the Time Lord is only trying to protect them from disaster.

Someone else on this site said recently that they have to use the Daleks every year, otherwise their rights to use them in the series get revoked by the Terry Nation Estate who are the original owners of the copyrights.

They need to bring back Davros good and proper, and reintroduce the Special Weapons Gunner Dalek with a brand new design, and perhaps introduce the concept of Spider Daleks and Striders from the John Peel 8th Doctor novel ‘War of the Daleks’.

I wouldn’t mind seeing the Daleks again if they can still come up with something new to do with them or add to the characters’ mythology, like in Asylum of the Daleks. I have to admit, I’d like to see Julian Bleach return as Davros, too, as long as his presence doesn’t outshine that of the Daleks themselves. What I really want to see most of all is the New Paradigm Daleks used to their full extent. While the design is extremely controversial, it’s hard to deny the hidden weapon, color-coded ranks, and the mysterious purpose of the Eternal Dalek hold some potential.

The dropping of the bow tie was symbolic of the end of Matt’s era, and while it did suit the Eleventh Doctor, the Twelfth Doctor needs to develop his own style.

Many fans have gotten upset at how often the line has been used. While I consider the bow tie a fundamental part of the Eleventh Doctor’s fashion sense and believe the costume just wouldn’t look right without a bow tie, it would be more suitable for the next Doctor to have a different main costume piece. For Tom Baker, it was a scarf, for Peter Davison, it was a celery stick, and for Matt Smith, it was a bow tie. As for Peter Capaldi, we’ll see.
