I just heard that her husband died just after her funeral of a heart attack, very sad. R.I.P to both of them.

I was shocked to hear this news yesterday. Caroline John has recently died, and now Mary Tamm.

I had seen her Key to Time stories last year and was planning to get her audio stories with the Doctor, which presumably take place after the events of that season.

I really am shocked to hear this news. And even though I always preferred Lalla Ward’s Romana, I am saddened by this news because Mary was so beautiful and so very smart . I really hope no more of my beloved heroes are going to fall victim to this disease. 🙁

My grandfather died of it, age 85. Had it not been for the cancer he would have kept on going, his spirit was strong, he never gave up on life.

I’m just sad he had to go that way, cancer is a painful thing to go through. Atleast now he is at peace.
