New K9 Section – Updated

New K9 Section and Updates

To coincide with the episode “Regeneration” we have revamped our K9 section with images and Videos from the up-coming series. Screenshots from “Regeneration” have now been added to the gallery along with new images of the classic K9.

01/11/09 update The trailer that was shown on the Disney XD channel and website was from episode 7 “Fall of the house of Gryffen”. A last minute decision was made to show episode 1 “Regeneration”. That’s what caused the confusion.

If you missed the episode, you’ll have another chance to catch it early next year when the full series will be shown.

Don’t forget that you can meet the new K9 along with Bob Baker and Paul Tams at Galaxy 4 in Sheffield from 12 noon on Saturday 28th November.

To check out the new pages which will be continuously up-dated as more information becomes available click Here.

Although this show is good, the BBC have probably p****ed off the makers of the show, by announcing it as non-canon. Which means so it’s not actually a Doctor Who spin-off (it doesn’t actually happen in the Whoniverse). It just contians a robot dog who looks and sounds like K9.

This wasn’t to bad at all really, K9 looks like he will a lot of fun. It takes a bit of getting used to the accents.

I think when this was first announced people thought it would be a doctor Who spin off with cameos from past monsters etc which obviously isn’t going happen but i read there would be small references to past adventures and wonder if this is still the case.

For the age group this is aimed at it looks a great introduction to Sci-fi

I have seen this now and I quite enjoyed it. seemed a bit rushed in places but as a “set the scene episode” it was ok, looking forward to seeing what they do with the rest of the series but I wish there was a bit more info, looks like a lot of the original titles and order have gone out the window.

Much better, I am just watching the episode and doing screenshots and to be honest I think its quite good.

The characters seemed to have been introduced very quickly so hopefully we will learn more about them as the series goes on next year.

The aliens are getting on my nerves as I cant get a clear picture of them!

It will be interesting to see what alien concoctions they come up with over the 24 episodes

yh it was a differen taste from of the other spin-offs and doctor who, liked the renegration process but the jixen and the police looked like something off power rangers.
