SJ Adventures – Death of The Doctor

The Sarah Jane Adventures – Death Of The Doctor

Episodes 5 and 6 Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October 5.15-5.45pm CBBC

Matt Smith, Laila Rouass and Katy Manning guest star in Death Of The Doctor, written by Russell T Davies.

When The Doctor is declared dead, old companions Sarah Jane and Jo Grant meet for the very first time and join forces to discover the truth. As an interstellar conspiracy gathers around Unit HQ, Clyde finds that he holds the fate of the Time Lord in his hand – quite literally!

Old friends fight together to make one last stand against the sinister Shansheeth. But with Clyde and Rani trapped and in terrible danger, Sarah Jane and Jo Grant realise their worst fears – their friendship with the Doctor might be the very thing that dooms them.

The Doctor is played by Matt Smith, Sarah Jane by Elisabeth Sladen, Jo Grant by Katy Manning, Clyde by Daniel Anthony, Rani by Anjli Mohindra and Colonel Karim by Laila Rouass.

This two-part adventure is repeated on BBC One at 4.30pm on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 October.

Dont u find it annoying when the doctor is chatting to the daleks and they dont kill him,he is meant to be thier enemy not thier MSN friend,if they were really enemys the daleks would kill him on the spot.

    Apologies for a second post.

Seeing as this is the SJA section I will also add a completely irrelevant point to my posting in saying that Sladen’s looking flipping good for sixty-two, and I for one will enjoy whatever RTD chooses to throw at us this series, Doctor or no Doctor.

“[…]bring back tennant he can fly the tardis better”

He flies the TARDIS better? Each Doctor seems to spend an equal amount of time hitting it with mallets. Not that I wouldn’t say no to seeing how Meta-Crisis and Rose are doing, I didn’t even like that Rose was brought back into DW after Doomsday, thought that was a sweet ending and didn’t need added to.

ANYHOW, looking forward to Matt turning up on SJA, shame Darvill and Karen Gillan won’t be joining him though – guess that would be a little crowded

“It’s time that David Tennant and Elisabeth Sladen play the doctor and sarah jane again they are both great actors get rid of matt smith and bring back tennant he can fly the tardis better and sarah jane.”

Oh no! Not ANOTHER David Tennant fan! Firstly Elisabeth Sladen is still playing Sarah Jane again! She has been for about 4 years! And secondly David Tennant had to go sometime! People were getting tired of him! And some people prefer Matt Smith! And thirdly David Tennants gone! He can’t come back for another run as the doctor! He might come back for stuff like a 50th anniversery perhaps! But they can’t just boot off Matt and say “Ok your fired we’re somehow bringing back Tennant against his will.” Because remember that David Tennant CHOSE TO LEAVE! So don’t bother saying stuff like in the speach marks at the top of this comment. Because all it’ll do is make Matt Smith fans angry.
Now I don’t mean to be rude or anything but that’s how it is.

    There that’s my point.
