That’s the kind of cliffhanger we have missed for soooooooooooooooooooooooo long !

Absolutely brilliant episode . My son and I jumped off our chairs when we realised who Missy was at last. Better not tell the wife when she comes in from nightshift in the morning… MEGA SPOILERS.

Wow!!! What an amazing ending! A female Master I did not expect!

I hope next weeks is even better!

    I’m now left asking myself:

How did Missy survive the Time War?
How did she get to Earth?
How did the Master become a women?

We will just have to wait and see!

First things first: MISS ISN’T RIVER SONG! HOORAY!
Mind you, the Master better have a good reason why though!

Generally quite good, Dark is definitely a good theme for this one. The whole Cyberman twist was sorta easy to guess. I hope the Cybermen get something good. I still think they’re stupidly overpowered, not even the Daleks can’t beat ’em! They look too human (yeah I know they’re dudes in costumes), but their movement is too smooth and too…Human. The good previous models were big and slow, but they were really intimidating clunking guys, and had real presence compared to these new Iron Men!

The Cybus-men were so out of character to the classic era Cybers. The way these new ones walk is more in line to how they were before, baring in mind the classic ones were men in material based costumes.

I will however agree these modern ones are overpowered.

Yep, definetly OP. The sorta thing a kid would say: ‘Oh, my guys are the bestest cuz they can adapt to anything!’.
It’s just dumb, and there’s going to be some ridiculous reason why the Doctor can defeat them, and we’ll all sigh and bang our heads against the wall.

    • Dalek The Supreme

      November 2nd, 2014 - 5:45pm

I don’t mind them being overpowered, considering how weak they were in the RTD era after their first appearance.

Indeed. A big round of applause please for Mr Moffat for giving us Doctor Who’s ‘Jump the Shark’ moment…and hitting another nail in Doctor Who’s coffin. This show is heading nearer it’s end if Moffat is allowed to carry on and ‘lose the plot’.

DANNY’S DEAD!!! He’s gonna remove his emotions. It’s gonna take a week to decide that…Well, what a great first half of the finale. I Am Gobsmacked! Wow. Yikes. I am amazed. Also, who got the Tucker reference about the government and the swearing on the psychic paper. very amusing. What an episode. Not long till the end. 45 minutes went very quickly.

As a fellow Christian and as someone who has a general respect for people’s beliefs, I was also worried. I’m VERY glad that it wasn’t ACTUALLY where people go where they die, AND that it was still handled well within the context of the episode.
