Yeah it’s odd apologising for saying “crap”. I use “crap” quite often and don’t find it offensive. As a Christian I find the use of “God” (used several times by Karen Gillan) more offensive than that and even that wouldn’t offend me much, as it doesn’t feel that personal. Fortunately the use of “Jesus” is still pretty taboo (or moreso than ‘God’ anyhow), which I’m glad of because for me it feels like someone insulting my parents, or sisters, only much worse.

I mean crap. It just means defacation. Everybody defacates. Saying it’s offensive is just a load of crap.

the BBC has gone over the top with this we must not offend anybody at any time, the word crap is in every day use, and a lot worse, to make him apologies is just making itself look like a joke, if the BBC wish to be the voice of the people then for god sake use the language of the people

Not everyone, the BBC doesn’t seem to mind putting religion down as a fairytale-over and over in Dr.Who. I love the show, but that part really irritates me.

Ah… Love the clip, even though it’s so short. Loved how it went from a silly conversation about the duck pond to the seriousness of his regeneration
