February 19th, 2013 - 7:21pmIt’s true, the new cybers look deadly but what’s betting they can easily be defeated by one of Moff’s Power of Love poorly constructed plot points?

February 19th, 2013 - 4:17pmI agree!

February 19th, 2013 - 3:18pmBecause it’s Steven Moffats Dr Who, where nothing ever makes sense, plot lines are dropped half way through, and he spends more time making the trailers look good than he does actually putting any effort into his writing.
Theta Sigma is his name
February 15th, 2013 - 4:06pm1. What voice? Do you mean the voice of the person who said: “Is that her?” The woman twice dead?” Didn’t you saw that man? The one who was saying that?
2. River Song is in my opinion not the best companion and shouldn’t return every episode. She already returned in the first half of the series, and that should be the last one of the series too.
3. The ‘person who blew up the TARDIS’ thing is old news. Last time we heard about it (if I’m right), it was mentioned at the finale of series 5, back in 2010.
4. Moffat already said in an interview that the episodes will be more ‘single-stories’. That’s why.
5. His name was given in the very first season of Doctor Who and was never supposed to be such a big secret or dangerous. His name stands up there, if you know what I mean.
6. ‘maybe clara or clara could be a consequence of it’.
What do you mean with ‘clara or clara’?

February 12th, 2013 - 4:50pmI think the fact Delgado’s been dead since 1973 might be a reason why this won’t happen.
I LOVE DCTOR WHO

DOCTOR WHO ONE
January 31st, 2013 - 2:56pmLooking at the trailer again for the 11th time or so, I’d make a guess and say that Clara meets the Doctor on a plane he appears to not actually be able to fly, either as a passenger or as an air stewardess, much like a curtain Miss Jovanka was back in the early 1980’s 🙂
If this modern day version of Clara does turn out to be an air stewardess, then she’s perhaps more like the first Clara who we met in ‘Asylum of the Daleks’ as a junior entertainment manager on board the starship Alaska.
DOCTOR WHO ONE
January 30th, 2013 - 8:30amwhat gave you the idea that Clara and River are the same woman ?.
I just don’t get it when someone says ‘Oh I think shes’ or ‘I think he’s’ and yet they NEVER give their reasons for why they think someone is somebody else.
DOCTOR WHO ONE
January 30th, 2013 - 8:27amDalek knows all – Indeed, it is rubbish about Clara turning out to be the Rani [where do some of these so called ‘fan’s’ get these absurd ideas in their heads that one character turns out to be someone we know ?]. Steven Moffat has said that he will not ever be bringing back the Rani because he believes she would not be well known to new viewers, which is true cos she only appeared twice in the classic series and didn’t therefore make much of an impact in the shows history].
The number 1 fan – Doctor Who returns on Saturday 30th March 2013 on BBC1, not the 26th February which is a TUESDAY !!!! 😛

Dalek Knows-all
January 27th, 2013 - 8:02pmDoctor Who: The Bells of Saint Johns is the 6th episode of series 7. The Snowmen was not the 6th. River Song will return in the finale. I’ve heard daft rumours that Clara Oswald is the Rani. Yh right(!). And the reason we haven’t heard any mentions of the Silence or Trenzalore is due to Steven Moffat starting one story up and not finishing it. RTD made stories have proper endings. And there are, so far, two old enemies returning: new-look Cybermen and the 2nd Doctor foe the Ice Warriors. In 2012, we had epidodes 1-5 and the xmas speicial. 2013 sees, apparently, episodes 6-13 and a fourteenth and fifteenth episode. Not sure though.

January 27th, 2013 - 3:44pmgood ideas I think Clara is river as well
misheldon
January 27th, 2013 - 10:47amI think Clara could be the episodic manifestations of River, after having been saved in the Library. These are the stories of their adventures. A fairy tale as River has said before, aren’t we all. Clara is scattered through time like the pages from a book. She is somehow manifested by CAL as a gift/thankyou. She has called the doctor “Soldier” just like River. She kisses and flirts like River. Sure I’ve heard River call him “clever boy” too?The Doctor falls for her almost immediately. River is his wife and knows his name, the answer probably to the question, “Doctor who?” Clara will be around to ask that question just like she has already done as the barmaid. Her name must mean something too, but I’m not sure what. The most obvious idea would be to link her to Lee Harvey Oswald somehow. Maybe the Kennedys, Camelot, a fairy tale. Who knows?
dalekdude111
January 27th, 2013 - 7:54amand jenny didn’t realise that the dooctor is who he s because of the regeneration. thats why jenny could have kissed him
dalekdude111
January 27th, 2013 - 7:52ami think that clara is the dictrs daughter because she didn’t die o that planet because at the end she few away in a shuttle. so maybe the reason why clara/oswin survived is because she regenerated…

January 26th, 2013 - 2:29pmI doubt it. They should come up with ideas for the 50th anniversary and not some bog standard plot.

January 26th, 2013 - 10:51amI had another theory about clara
think she is the valeyard but a female one who is born on trenzalore once the question is answered, then she is split across time and space, banished and weakened, this causes the doctor to regenerate,so could clara be the female valeyard
DOCTOR WHO ONE
January 25th, 2013 - 3:58pmI watched series 6’s best episode ‘The Doctors Wife’ on DVD today, and I recalled the part about the Tardis saying that she cataloged every single version of her console room interiors [and future versions, such as the new one introduced in ‘The Snowmen’ on Christmas just gone], and it got me thinking –
What if the centre of the Tardis turns out to be a recreation of the ORIGINAL TARDIS CONSOLE ROOM itself from the very beginning of Doctor Who in 1963 designed by Peter Brakarki ?.
I doubt that will be the case, but it would be cool if that is what is to happen in the upcoming 11th episode, after all, we got to see the old 9th / 10th Doctor version of the console room in the aforementioned Doctors Wife episode which I’m sure a lot of us was never expecting to see again, so why not have the Doctor and Clara walking around the Tardis corridors, and halfway through the story, discover the centre of the Tardis is the original control room from the shows very beginnings ? or at least a copy of it produced by the Tardis herself.
It sure would be treat for the older fan’s who watched the show right at the very start on Saturday 23rd November 1963, only this time to see the original room in FULL COLOUR !!!! 😀
Now that I would love to see 😉
Jason 🙂

January 25th, 2013 - 7:42amI think clara may be a future doctor or villain splintered in time due to the fields of trenzalore, maybe clara is a result of the question and we discover the doctor used his name to keep the web of time in place, but once it is said a future self will be sent across time zones
Dalek Strategist
January 24th, 2013 - 2:46pmRussel T Davies really should’ve clarified that in the episode.
Dalek Strategist
January 24th, 2013 - 2:41pmI’m thinking that maybe she’s splintered in time, like Scaroth in The City of Death. Maybe something to do with her death in Asylum of the Daleks. The only thing predictable about Steven Moffat is his unpredictability.
DOCTOR WHO ONE
January 24th, 2013 - 10:24amNo that would seem to obvious. My theory is that theres a splinter in the fabric of space and time, and this splinter has caused multiple versions of the same woman to be born at different times in history, allowing Clara to be born in different eras, life different lives, die in different ways, and yet still be the same woman living different existences here and there.
It shouldn’t be something obvious that every other fan writes like ‘Oh shes Jenny the Doctors Daughter’, ‘Oh shes River Song’ or ‘Oh shes a female version of the Doctor’. I don’t know how on earth most fan’s come that kind of conclusion that she could be any of those 3 which is most defiantly is not.

January 24th, 2013 - 2:10amwell we’ll just have to wait and see I hope you’re right but theres no telling what steven moffat might have up his sleeve
