May 11th, 2012 - 6:48amJust been on Doctor Who Online, and it seems to suggest that episode 1 of series 7 is called ” ASYLUM OF THE DALEKS ” –
7.1: Asylum of the Daleks
September 2012
Every Dalek ever will return to our screens to kick off the seventh series of Doctor Who this September.

May 10th, 2012 - 6:53pmI’m a bit concerned at the lack of information regarding the preview.
You would think a screening of the first episode of Doctor Who would have got much more publicity from people and groups related to Doctor Who.
I have a worrying feeling that after us all making a big fuss it will just be the pre-title sequence or something and we will be waiting even longer.
the astronaut of death
May 10th, 2012 - 3:42pmi just hope where not in the situation wher we wait 8 months for sereis 7 we finaly get to it we see the five episodes then we have got another big break for the xmas special

May 9th, 2012 - 6:17pmAnd get a three month wait until Christmas after the series has finished and then possibly another one of those on top of that until it comes back properly? I’d rather get it all in one go, or if not that then with only a smaller gap.

May 9th, 2012 - 5:16pmThe screening has not been scheduled yet.
It’s not even “officially” been announced yet.
As the Eighth Doctor once said, “I love humans, always seeing patterns in things that aren’t there.”

May 9th, 2012 - 4:41pmThat’s some people assuming things based off of the screening that happened last year.
Given that Steven Moffat was wanting a November broadcast bringing it that far forward seems very unlikely. It might end up in September, but I doubt it will be the end of August.
the TARDIS
May 9th, 2012 - 4:36pmDoctor Who and Sherlock, two of my favourite shows!
By the way, I read somewhere (can’t remember where) that the new series would begin broadcast on 25th August.

May 9th, 2012 - 4:11pmA mid-November start appeared to be Moffat’s plan, but various other people at the BBC seem to have other ideas and that’s why we haven’t really got any idea when it will start (even roughly).

May 9th, 2012 - 4:09pmit might start in november leading up to the xmas special as it was counted as areal episode and not just a one off.

May 9th, 2012 - 4:07pmI’d remain a bit cautious about this. Only the Guardian has reported this, the organisers have only confirmed the Sherlock event and nothing about the Doctor Who screening.
We might be getting our hopes up over nothing.

May 9th, 2012 - 3:46pmWell, not really a WHOLE month. 😉
Give me a Dalek any day
May 9th, 2012 - 3:44pmIt’s possible that Series 7 will begin shortly after this exclusive screening. I’m hoping that it begins on 1st September mainly because there are five episodes in Series 7: Part 1 and five Saturdays in September. It’d be perfect really. A whole month of brand new Doctor Who!
