Doctor Who The Crimson Horror UK/USA Trailers

Doctor Who The Crimson Horror Next Time Trailer

There’s something very odd about Mrs Gillyflower’s Sweetville mill, with its perfectly clean streets and beautiful people.

There’s something even stranger about the bodies washing up in the river, all bright red and waxy. When the Doctor and Clara go missing, it’s up to Vastra, Jenny and Strax to rescue them before they too fall victim to the Crimson Horror!”

I do think this will be the worst in the series, do hope I’m wrong but I have never felt that way about a story which turned out to be good ❗

to me this may be the weakest episode of the series as its a doctor lite episode as like the others have been although i know blink has had a lot of praise as a scary episode but in my opinion it wasn’t my best episode either. although i haven’t seen this episode yet so i can’t really say anything and it does look quite good anyway but we will have to wait and find out i guess. p:s does this kind of remind you of the devil in the smoke e book with all the red. lol

Wow, Diana Rigg is curtainly showing her age. I know her from when me and my dad used to watch repeats of 1960’s TV series ‘The Avengers’ as Emma Peel alongside Patrick MacNee’s John Steed.

At 74, I wonder if she is perhaps the oldest guest star Doctor Who has ever had. Probably not.

Actually, your quite right, Bernard is 10 years older then Diana, his 84.

But for all I know, she could be the oldest female guest star the new series has ever had.

I already have a complaint about this episode, we won’t see much of the doctor and clara, but they both look fantastic in their costumes, especially clara. We need to see more of her in the dress!

I see that Diana Rigg there. Who you knew as Emma Peel in The Avengers where Honour Blackman & before Gareth Hunt time. Also in 1 James Bond which was George Lazenby in ON HER MAJESTY SECRET SERVICE. Well First time in Dr Who. She has a Daughter who is an Actress.

    • The Greater Intelligence

      April 28th, 2013 - 1:09pm

‘The Happiness Patrol’ is one of my favorite stories of all time. The Kandyman was never given a chance at being a classic villain and he was more than excellent, if he returns, I might just swim to England and thank Mark Gatiss myself.

    • The Greater Intelligence

      April 28th, 2013 - 1:16pm

Wait, the Crimson Horror could be similar to “Death By Fondant”

So did the Daleks, Davros, The Master, Strax, Li H’Sen Chang, The Valeyard, the entire planet of Skaro. Plot twists do usually explain these.

the candyman cannot return he died and also we would of heard about it a long time ago

    • Anonymous

      April 29th, 2013 - 6:12pm

Just because we don’t hear about a return, doesn’t mean it won’t happen. The Kandyman is a (sadly) small villain and not well likes, so a return wouldn’t be gigantic on forums. We never heard about the Macra or the Great Intelligence returning, so why not this, they do seem to be returning a lot of old villains for the 50th anniversary and he could be one of them.
