The Day of the Doctor – Extended Full Trailer
Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor – The Trailer
Saturday 23 November 7.50pm
The Doctors embark on their greatest adventure in this 50th anniversary special.
In 2013, something terrible is awakening in London’s National Gallery; in 1562, a murderous plot is afoot in Elizabethan England; and somewhere in space an ancient battle reaches its devastating conclusion. All of reality is at stake as the Doctor’s own dangerous past comes back to haunt him.
Anyone spot the Daleks within the ships, looks like it has a black dome…

November 10th, 2013 - 2:58pmI can’t believe no one has commented yet on the photos of the Doctor’s companions all staring out from the noticeboard behind the shot of Tennant/Hurt/Smith walking together towards the end of the trailer!
Shaun
November 10th, 2013 - 2:56pmat least it’s not a pinkish grey – if indeed the zero room still is that colour!
Doctor Stu

November 10th, 2013 - 2:28pmNo the shot is from the inside of a darkened TARDIS, and the doors open inwards.

November 10th, 2013 - 2:24pmSeems likely, with 10 going out with Liz 1 and 11 being picked up by UNIT.

November 10th, 2013 - 1:15pmThe name DARDIS comes more from the fandom than the actual series. One of the producers said it was a kind of pun Daleks And Relative Dimensions In Space. In the series, they’re just called the Dalek’s Time Machine.
But the idea comes from the TARDIS like ships they had in The Chase and The Dalek’s Masterplan….

November 10th, 2013 - 12:21pmWHO INFORMED YOU OF THE EXISTANCE OF OUR DARDISes??? Explain!! EXPLAIN!!!!

November 10th, 2013 - 11:37amGood for you (and I’ll take your words as a compliment, thank you LG). Having watched since I was 5 years old it still keeps my imagination alive (even though this technology is sometimes a mystery to me). But ” Go softly on “, as someone once said.

November 10th, 2013 - 10:47amI don’t believe anything this year until it actually happens – i’m thinking John Hurt is an old 8th Doctor and we see him regenerate into Eccleston – i’m probably way off but it’s my thoughts 😉

November 10th, 2013 - 10:36amUnless I’ve missed something but Tom Baker is alive and well…
Doctor Stu
November 10th, 2013 - 10:30amIt might ne because its buried under the sand or something. There are trainer footprints coming from the TARDIS and David Tennant used to wear trainers. But because it looks deserty and we se John Hurt on some weird desert planet, it might even be his TARDIS.

November 10th, 2013 - 10:00amChris didn’t want to do it, and the rest haven’t been asked but are rumoured to be in a short film.
