They had already filmed six episodes of Series Five so I nobody knows. They may air those six then re-name it the Clyde and Rani adventures. Nobody knows. There is one thing I know. The four past series of SJA were brilliant all thanks to Liz. The TARDIS has just got that extra bit smaller. This is a brilliant video and sad for those fans. Rest In Peace Elisebth Sladen.

Elisabeth Sladen was i believe a one off, she stuck with her character through all the years the show was of air, and when it came back she made just as big a impact with a new generation, perhaps even more so with the Sarah Jane Adventures – it was a brilliant show.

official records show she was Born in 1946, its said, but i dont know if true, that she put down 1948 as her “screen age” when she was a young actress as it might help her to get work – this happens often.

It’s been announced on Sarah Jane TV that what ever they decide it’s for the fans because they know how much we love Lis but I hope a new actress doesn’t take over it would be terrible

Well I think they done a good show but this should have been the tribute at the end

I didn’t now that, i just saw the target the page at the time

  • Geog

    April 26th, 2011 - 5:00pm

The original target was actually £500 as the woman posted it on twitter. It then got over that so they raised to to £1000 then £2000, only for it to get £5000. So you might want to just put that there.

True, and as im sure you know Booboo, Liz never told Tom she had Cancer either. I dont blame her thou, she obviously didint want the tought of losing another friend running about in his mind, concidering they’de lost a dear friend of there’s just a couple of Months ago [ Nick Courtney ].

I have no idea, there should be an announcement sometime, they will obviously take into account the families wishes and they have the terrible job of deciding what happens in the future.

Booboo do you know if they will show what they have filmed of the SJA series 5 In the Autumn?

  • Respect the thing !

    April 26th, 2011 - 1:48pm

What a brilliant and fitting tribute ! Far FAR better than the bbc’s CYNICAL atempt at holding onto viewers between Who and Confidential on Saturday evening (With all due respect to those who took part in it of course !) Both Elizabeth Sladen AND Sarah Jane Smith were worth a MUCH better tribute than the bbc afforded her ! (and so was the Brig for that matter !)
