February 24th, 2012 - 5:20pmThe Doctors been on TopGear as the star in a reasonably priced car twice now in his past 2 incarnation, and now he turns up again as his latest incarnation as Matt Smith [ not forgetting that Colin Baker once appeared on the show in character afew years back ]. Would have been funny if Matt turned up in character, and drive round the TopGear test track in either Bessie or the Whomobile, that would have been a laugh 😀
