The Latest Stunning Doctor Who Trailer!

The Latest Stunning Doctor Who Trailer!

The latest trailer for episodes 8 – 13 of the current series has been released, and it was worth waiting for!

The second half of the series begins with Let’s Kill Hitler, written by Steven Moffat and directed by Richard Senior. And judging from the snippets we’ve seen so far, future adventures will feature Cybermen, the Silence plus the return of River, looking a little different…

And in case you missed it there is a steam train heading for the pyramid!…

Which has area 52 and the American flag on it!…

I think that when he says “one last trip ehy?” that leads into ep 13. The stetson is worn just before the impossible astrounaut. He gets the stetson then goes to America to die 🙁

Looks fantastic. Like the pterosaurs. Steven Moffat is much better the Russell T Davies.

He is wearing the stetson (probably ep 12/13) and says its time at the end, also he says one last trip ay to the tardis! This leads that he keeps his stetson on when dying. meaning it is only a ffew minutes after he last saw amy. but why would he summon them to see him die, what does he want them to know?

That makes the trailers pretty much the most amazing thing ever to be seen then?

For me the SM era is by far the best in DW’s time on TV. The Classic series is…well just that it was good for the time (some of it) but is SO painful to watch now. Of the RTDavies era…the first series with CE was Excellent, the Second with DT was awful, the 3rd was very good, the 4th was struggling for new ideas and the specials were a joke.

DW has grown up – top actors, top scripts and even top effects. Yeah, ok there are always a couple of “not so good” episodes but on the whole I loved Series 5 (although I was not so impressed with the end) and series 6 (so far) is just the best thing out there.

An American friend of mine who never liked DW told me that he thinks its now THE best thing on TV…not just best Sci-Fi show…best show full stop (or Period as he says).

Its odd that during this Moffat era, the trailers are always so much better than the actual series.
