What Did You Think of The Angels Take Manhattan?

What Did You Think of The Angels Take Manhattan?

The final episode of series 7a has aired so what did you think?, was it the best episode ever or just average.

The Doctor’s heart-breaking farewell to Amy and Rory – a race against time through the streets of Manhattan, as New York’s statues come to life around them…

With Rory’s life in danger, the Doctor and Amy must locate him before it’s too late! Luckily, an old friend helps them and guides the way.

Far too many people are saying that they were Doctor Who fans til Steven Moffat took over, but if that were true then you weren’t Doctor Who fans. You were Russell T. Davies fan.

I really don’t care who the next companion is. Amy was the best companion since Sarah Jane. Why do these stupid writers need to kill people off all the time. I hope the Angels get them, and soon.

So I’m doing ‘The DWM Season Survey 2012′, but I’m stuck for ideas on a few of the sections. These are ones I still need to fill in:

    ‘Favourite Special Effect’
    ‘Favourite Scene’
    ‘Favourite line of Diologue’

If someone could just give me a few ideaa, it would be much appreciated. Thanks 😀

The episode was ok, i just wanted to see more magic like like the older series had. All in all the episode was a fitting farewell the ponds. But that is my opinion.

I thought this was lacking excitement. The weeping Angels though are one of the best characters ever seen in Dr Who, they have an especially creepy feel about them.
As to the end of Amy And Rory, I thought the story line lead up was boring, although the final scene was particularly moving with the doctor pleading with Amy.
Bring on some more sci-if western stories.
As to the best doctor anyone agree that Matt is by far the best, second only to Eccelston. Amy would have to be the best companion…..
Bit peeved that we have waited months for the return of Dr Who, only to get 5 shows….When are we going to get a Dr Who movie????

hey one of the working titles for the first episode is the bells of saint John. which sounds interesting i was wondering perhaps it could be something to do with the tardis blowing up and we find out who it is but it might have something to do with the tardis as it has a saint John logo

Perhaps Amelia heard the TARDIS noise because that was the Doctor doing what Amy Said for him to do in the afterword
