What did you think of Torchwood Miracle Day ?
What did you think of Torchwood Miracle Day ?
Poll – Now that the tenth and final episode of Torchwood Miracle Day has aired in various counties what did you think? Was it the best series yet of jut not what you had hoped. Warning – Comments are likely to contain spoilers
Torchwood Miracle Day what a journey and what an ending the miracle ended the Three Families have not yet been completely defeated sad to see Esther and Gwen’s dad die and what a cliffhanger to see Charlotte shoting Rex and then getting shot and Rex having what Jack has had since he was killed by the Daleks and brought back to life by the Bad Wolf AKA Rose immortality.
Rex might not stay immortal though, he had Jack’s blood in him at that point but when his body produces his own blood again he wont have Jack’s immortal blood and his immortality may stop.
Rex and Jack are forced to spill all there blood meaning rex rips open his chest and jack being shot several times by Gwen. They both survive! Unfortunaltly Esther dies after being shot in the heart by a memeber of the family. I am from LA
Comment if you english folk will not be watching part 10.
am going to exterminate them all intil they make it 100 percent british and 13 single episodes it was better that way oh and…
jack will be back
january 2012

Torchwood is a great companion to Dr Who, or should I say “was” because it seems to have drifted of keel. Having the Amercians involved (lots more money per episode) made me think this could be a great series, the story seemed okay (nobody can die) and when I so those large sluggy things I thought there’s going to be an alien story combined. But no, I never so the sluggy things again. I’ve yet to see the last episode (Thursday 15th Sept) but as a whole very dissappointing. Please get back to single weekly stories ( with some visits from the Doctor, please.) I reckon it would be great to let the adult fans write an episode or two in a competion), bet there would be some great story lines.
As a dutch viewer (over here they don’t know Torchwood) I liked the idea behind the story: it would be terrible if nobody could die anymore. It was a good story. I hope they continue.
better than children of earth by a country mile, nice twist at the end roll on torchwood Vs the families part 2. But bill pullman really suprised me as the star of the show throughout the series as im not a fan of his work but credit where credits due he was superb. overall a strong 8.9 out of 10
not really, i like the characthers i want them to stay not die!

Mmmm – the last 20 mins of the last show was very interesting (if not predictable).
This could have been wrapped up in 3 epsidoes though – the poorest TW by far. The Blessing was a complete dissapointment as was Rex’s immortality (awful character).
Unfortunatley, it looks like a 5th series is on its way…lets hope they go back to having weekly adventures rather than a 10 hour story full of dross and padding.
Ifmitmwas a five episode season it would have been amazng on 6 episode of miracle day is all that it took to tell the stoores such as episode 1, 4,5 ,8’9 and 10 that’s it n more. Those eps if shown only would tell the whole story
Wats the point of killing her off. I h8 rex. And i am sad with that the CIA boss died. He would have been great in doctor who. Worst torchwood ever. DON’T MAKE NO MORE!

Just watched the final episode and loved it, I’ve a few wee gripes but nothing major overall it was a good series though I do still prefer Children of the Earth
All i can say after watching the last episode in the uk is brillient. Russell T Davies’ Keep them coming by far the best series of torchwood sofar. Now 2 imortal men wow
Not when the Miracle hit, they were on the two month break after the Doctor dropped them off after their honeymoon as shown at the start of The Impossible Astronaut. They must have quite literally missed the Miracle by days. It certainly seems odd they didn’t mention it to the Doctor when they met him in Utah.

it was good except for youknowwho dying at the end also why is youknowwhich like ww2 now?
Ive actually yet to see the final episode of Miracle Day which is on Thursday here in the UK on BBC1, but i must say that this for me has not been a very enjoyable Series. Torchwood is not Torchwood anymore, it stopped being Torchwood once Owen, Tosh and Lanto got killed off and the Hub got destroyed.
The only thing ive liked about this Series was the burnt Terrorists body from episode 1, seeing his eyes move. I feel Torchwood is dead, it’s been torched to death.
belive me ist worth the wate to ep10 on thrusday, you will not be dissapointed

Yes this hasn’t had the feel of Torchwood, plus it has been way too long and Drawn out. Its like the sequels to the Matrix, they did badly in 2 movies what they could possibly have done well in just 1.
Too much padding, its Like Ordinary Torchwood in a fat suit!
