Download City of the Daleks Now
The BBC appears to have made available City of the Daleks early as The PC version is available to Download now.
The TARDIS materializes in 1963 – and London is in ruins. The Daleks have seized control of time and the only chance of saving Earth lies in a desperate quest to Skaro, the Daleks’ home planet – before time catches up with Amy, the last survivor of the human race!
This is your chance to be the Doctor. Are you ready for the challenge?

if u go down the right side of the dalek factory bit there is a door
go thought that and take the left door and the coil is on the table

Where is the dalekanium coil in the game. I have climbed the boxes and through the window into the little circle room, and have found the Kontron crystal. But on the home page( when you press the Esc button and nothing else) It shows the list on what you need to do things and the Kontron Crystal is aftre it, so i must have missed the coil, but where? I can’t seem to find it.
I know that people don’t want to give spoilers, but i’m desperate If anybody would be very kind and tell me I would be very grateful

But booboo’s probably right about the game, I just posted the comment because mine’s wasn’t working. Probably my fault.
I’ll let you know if I suffer problems with the real game.

The one that you have been able to download for a few days was supposed to sort out any minor problems, i doubt anyone one who has played it will notice any difference.

By the way, this is my first comment on the website, so YAHOO!
Now to buisness. According to Wikipedia (good old Wikipedia!), it is just a “final test” version of the game, the real one being available AFTER Vincent and the Doctor! Oh no!
So for those of you who don’t have the game, wait until you’ve watched Vincent and the Doctor before you download the game.
For those of you who already have the game, uninstall it and then re-download the game after Vincent and the Doctor, like I did (I had only just got to the underground, so I’m not bothered).
And for those of you who don’t want to lose memory or just can’t be bothered, just keep it, but it may suffer technical hitches like mine did (though that may have just been me).

I have finished it twice now but on my first time through I glitched through the floor right as you are going to use the wire and dalekanium rod and skipped loads of the story so had to do it again. It was funny though and I love this game can’t wait till the cybermen
(also i’v tried to make this comment as spoiler free as possible)

The early release is actually to test the system with an ‘almost final’ version of the game. It may well be tweaked before saturday’s release date.

Technically its not free to us In The UK as we have already paid for it as part of our Licence fee . That’s why its only available here at present.

why is it early, aw well i’m not complaining, i wanted to push the dalek not the taxi – great game, a must download for doctor who fans and anyone who watches doctor who because there’s nothing else on. PLUS ITS FREE!!!! can’t waitt for the next one.
