BBC America Extended Trailer 2011

The Doctor is coming to America, and the stakes have never been higher. Don’t miss the all new season of DOCTOR WHO, starting Saturday April 23 at 9/8c only on BBC America.

The Doctor returns, alongside newly weds Amy and Rory, to face monsters and mysteries and adventures all across time and space, in a thrilling new series of Doctor Who.

Together they’ll find themselves in sixties America, battling the invasion the world forgot, then journey on the high seas of 1696 aboard a pirate ship, to solve the mystery of the Siren.

In a bubble universe at the very edge of reality, the Doctor will meet an old friend with a new face, and in a monastery on a remote island in the near future, an industrial accident will take on a terrible human shape.

And waiting for them, at the end of all this, is the battle of Demon’s Run, and the Doctor’s darkest hour. Can even the truth about River Song save the Time Lord’s soul?

Only two things are certain. Silence will fall. And a good man is going to die…

This is the second time when Doctor goes to America. This time no regenaration no Master & he not falling in love with an American beauty. Remember the 1996 Dr.Who movie. Where Syvester McCoy was shot & Force to regenrate to Paul McGann?

i hope we get daleks at xmas that would be awsome, matt smith was told the name of the episode and it blew away his mind, well thats what he said!
    Silence Will Fall!
i think the good man that will die will be RORY because amy looks shocked after she fired the gun, so did the dr, but it could of been river cos you didn’t see her at that part.

Series 6 looks a million times better than series 5, looks more tense and scary, OMG!

Can’t wait till dr who starts again.
Hope you watch it when it comes back on.

It’s because in here in America (where I live), the people who run T.V. channels don’t know where the line between a tease and a spoil is. -____-

It should be free of daleks, there in it too much. In the classic Doctor Who daleks appeared almost every 5 seasons.

lOUIS – Why do you assume Series 6 is ” free of Daleks ” ?. Every Series of Doctor Who so far has had the Daleks make an appearance [ twice in Series 1 and 5 ]. A brand New Series of Doctor Who without the Daleks just wouldint be right, im sure they will be appearing, but Trailers wont feature them, cos it will just spoil the sight of seeing loads of them new Paradigm Daleks.

I think Amy will shoot and kill Rory and that she is a younger River Song for some reason changing her name.

  • I Love Cybermen

    April 2nd, 2011 - 12:22pm

I think they’re silents but I hope they’re cybermen varients.
