January 22nd, 2014 - 10:09pmAt the NTAs, Doctor Who has always been nominated only losing for 2010 to 2012. However in 2011, Matt Smith became the only Doctor to ever be nominated for a BAFTA for playing the Doctor.

Well done that man Matt Smith and of course Steven Moffatt for producing a show that enabled Matt to give such great performances. Did any of the previous actors win acting awards for their performance of the Doctor? Was the show even nominated for awards in the past?
