Stunning New Series 7 Image Released
A new promotional image for the next series of Doctor Who has been released by the official site and the highly-anticipated trailer will premiere at approximately 6am this morning.
The new image captures something of the excitement and adventure that await the Doctor – and the audience at home – when the Time Lord returns in Asylum of the Daleks. The image is also available as wallpaper.

August 5th, 2012 - 8:51amI think the “black” dalek is actually a stratagist with a more metalic blue like the drones. If you look closly or have it as a wallpaper (like I do) you can tell. I personly think they looked better with grey/black hemispheres. I don’t mind the new look, but it wasn’t really nessacery. The metallic paint, however, looks awsome!

In the episode he has no scars/cuts in the scene where he carries Amy.
The image is awesome but innaccurate. 🙁

August 2nd, 2012 - 7:12pmAmy’s fine, unless the first five episodes are played in the wrong order so the doctor meets the ponds in in the future going ‘back’ in time (like river song or melanie bush) then she will be absolutely fine!
