December 30th, 2017 - 7:25amI think it started in series 8, which is the worse series of who ever, I’ve tried rewatching it several times, I can stomach some episodes but a lot of it is absolute guff and more like watching eastenders (another programme stamped all over by the PC brigade and their imagined idea of the working classes) with little bits of doctor who thrown in. Hope Chibnall doesn’t feel the need to continue this. I didn’t switch off for Capaldi because I’m a massive who fan but now the programme has worn me down and is quite frankly getting boring, shame when they have such a great idea to play with

I doubt the BBC would remove this or NuWho from the continuity. When NuWho dies and then we eventually get a NuNuWho or Post-NuWho or something like that, they’ll just have that follow both NuWho and Classic Who, as much as I’d kinda like them to restart from the Classic Series and get rid of all the Doctor romance and lore meddling. Its the same reason they didn’t discard the TV movie.

I love the outfit, it’s a fashion forward take on the Dr’s eccentic look.
fits right in with expected fashion trends of 2018.
Jodie will be amazing as the 13th/14th doc depending on your take of the count and I can’t wait to see what variances she brings to the show.
I expect she will add a general feeling of inclusiveness, diversity and hope given the supporting line up.
But don’t let that make anyone assume she can’t also bring, defintiveness of purpose, anger, rage and considerable darkness to counterbalance the general staging.

November 19th, 2017 - 12:53pmI agree T.A …series 9 was when the BBC agenda started….and this new ‘alternate universe Time lady’ version was never Chibnall’s ‘bold idea'(no matter how much spin he puts on it),but the BBC’s.
No Chibnall and Moffat are just the puppets…so called fan boys who are destorying this once great show…

And there will be an action figure of Jodie. When Character renewed their license, they said there would be 13th Doctor products late next year. Character makes the figures, so this confirms one will be coming at some point.
