October 20th, 2013 - 10:41amNo, it has nothing to do with the day of the doctor. If you noticed, throughout the ENTIRE trailer there were little things from the past, like bessie, and miniature robot yeti figures, and sonic screwdrivers from all and tardis keys from all and all the monsters etc.
