June 10th, 2011 - 3:55pmJust because she is Amy’s child doesn’t mean she can’t also be the Doctors’ wife ! What I want to know is how her past is his future, why are they falling through time in reverse to each other??
The Master
June 9th, 2011 - 5:08pmLook At About 0:54 Of The Episode, There Is A Plaque With Melody’s Name On In, Under Her Name There Are Symbols, There Is A Omega Symbol There.

June 8th, 2011 - 10:26pmBecause it was very RTDesque… sorry, I didn’t realise I couldn’t draw on what I feel to be valid comparisons when expressing opinions. I shall henceforth correct my behaviour.
I don’t have much love for JNT either, by the way. 😛

June 7th, 2011 - 5:58pmno they wernt. They were cybus cybermen with a little redesigned cybus logo. MOffat has taken an invincible classic bad guy and turned them into paper soldiers that get blown up for NO reason at all. Rory would have been converted in past series. Series 5 was MILES better than this mini series. But then again, this doesnt feel like dr who anymore. Forget the LOOOONG story arcs spanning two years and get back to good ole simple story telling that anyone can watch and enjoy in its isolation without a comprehensive back history to be needed to get whats happening. (still…to each his/her own as they say). I have to say SARAH JANE ADVENTURES, (R.I.P elizabeth) is closer to the ethos of dr who than dr who is at the moment.

June 7th, 2011 - 10:27amHi TriciaT I agree with you, I have been a fan since Doctor Who started in the 60’s. That was when the Doctor landed – didn’t know where, met the monsters, sorted them out and set off again to conquer another planet. It was more exciting he didn’t know, we didn’t know where the tardis would be landing and it was much more exciting. This season is dissapointing, too complicated and getting too sissy with all this kissing and cuddling.

June 7th, 2011 - 12:03amSame reason she didn’t let Ten hook himself up to the Library core, it probably burned out her regenerative ability!

June 6th, 2011 - 11:59pmSO : River/Melody is Amy & Rory’s child and somehow has some Timelord DNA as well! SO : She must be the little girl in the spacesuit who can regenerate! ( Also why River said “of course not” when trying to shoot the Astronaut suit in 2011!, couldn’t kill herself!)
Being Amy’s baby does not preclude a romantic relationship with the Doctor.
Killing “A Good Man, the best I’ve ever known” ,Why would it have to be a version of the Doctor? It could also possibly be RORY!! He is a good man, and having been “The Last Centurion”, a hero to many! (Plus, the Doctor is technicaly NOT a Man, he is a male non-human from Gallifrey) And many women will tell you their Dads’ were the “best” of men!
The thing that really needs explaining is why her timeline runs opposite the Doctor’s! (Ex. his first kiss/ her last!)

June 6th, 2011 - 11:36pmThe same actress played Restac , so yeah!
give me a FEZ!!!
June 6th, 2011 - 9:31pmAs river said to the doctor that it will cause you not to regenerate

June 6th, 2011 - 8:52pmVery clever, so, is River Song aka Melody Pond, also Susan Foreman? It would make sense and explains The Doctor’s Granddaughter in 1963…
Run For Your Life
June 6th, 2011 - 8:48pmOf course we will

June 6th, 2011 - 8:36pmno, im not 90. Some new who is up there with the best, like I said, girl in the fireplace…awesome. Mat smith is finding his feet and doing a good job. Its the story that I have a problem with. Too many obscure events with no explanations. What was the debt the sontaran and the silurian had to pay? Why can river song come and go from a maximum security prison when she pleases? Whats the wierd tardis all about? Why blow up a WHOLE cyberman fleet, just to proove a point (what point? what did that achieve?) How lucky that the doctor knew that the silence was going to say what he did, after he placed the transmmitter in the appollo 11 capsule to transmit what he was going to say to seal there fate, (yet again, genecide!)
How did the doctor know to go to that castle looking for the flesh? Wasnt AMY ganger alive like the other gangers he fought so hard to protect? Yet he killed her real quick didnt he! Thought the pirate captains son couldnt leave the spaceship in the pirate story or he would die…yet there he was. One silurian becomes an army that died real quick. The jadoon, what were they there for? Thought they were the police of space, following protocol to the letter…mmmmm.
Love dr who, (all 11 doctors) Not impressed with this half season so far.
Run For Your Life
June 6th, 2011 - 8:34pmI Have Got A funny feeling That Craig Owens is going to be in it who thinks that cos we saw cybermats so he must be in the episode (Let’s Kill Hitle)

June 6th, 2011 - 8:18pmWill we still see river in doctor who again or is that it ??
McGann is The Doctor.
June 6th, 2011 - 6:40pmHey steve, you’re 17, your too unhappy for anything to seem good. In your view, everything stinks. So that leaves your opinions biased and not worth listenig to.
Everything has to be wrong, from the view of cybical fan-boys like yourself. Why can’t you accept anything? Because you have no capacity for imaginative viewing, or understanding this Series. And by the way, Pyramids of Mars I was NOT all that keen on.
AGMGTW was hardly a less than average story, that’s just what you think. The episode was a thrill to watch, and alot of people thought so aswell, general viewers and fans alike.
McGann is The Doctor.
June 6th, 2011 - 6:34pmAnyway, it was THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE wasnt it? To watch I mean, and dont you think the Series has really developed and regained itself after the first Matt Smith-Series.
Now we’ve got, IMO, a fully fledged and re-established series going here, and the public will be a hell of alot more supportive and accepting of the series under Steven Moffats productive era, in good time. 😉
BTW, the Cybermen were in it, for a bit. It was only a small part, but it was a good part none the less. (proper, Alien Cybers this time)

June 6th, 2011 - 6:22pmSteven Moffat should have left the production to Russell and his team. He wrote some great stories but he has been responsible for making the show a lack-lustre,damp squib, vastly inferior, unrecognisable shadow of what it was. Bring back RTD, sack Smith and let’s have some emotion back. I have been a big fan all my life but hardly bother watching now.Far too many changes for changes sake-even the colours look grey and boring.Rubbish!!
