A Very Evil Dalek With Some Fans (spoilers!)

A Very Evil Dalek With Some Fans

The Daleks are being wheeled before the cameras once again. But which design? The answer is ALL OF THEM! – even this one! Does that mean the 1960’s emperor is hiding out of site?

Red herring, April fool or major story line – Who Knows!

They are the props from the Doctor Who Experience. ALL daleks were featured there and they have just relocated to Cardiff and put into storage awaiting their new home.

I know that but they could be using them because they don’t have any other daleks. It is suspisious, however that it isn’t a standard 60’s dalek, but insted the guard from the experience.

unless this “on set filming” is an advert for the new experience when it opens

I thik what’s going on is this IS this years Dalek episode NOT an April Fool and when Steven went to check out the filming of the ep he just called Matt and Karen over next to the Dalek and said ‘Do a pose like you would for a series promo!’ and they did and he photographed it cause he realised that (a) it was an amazig spoiler/rumour starter and (b) how awesome it looks! Unfortunatley it seems that Arthur wasn’t there 🙁

It’s not an April Fools Day joke, it finished at 12, the april fools day joke is Jenna-Louise Coleman is the 12th female doctor. That’s the joke, not ‘all’ of them , the daleks.

either that or its one of the dalek operators who tend to wear white trainers with black gaffa tape round the bottoms so they dont show up on camera

I think, (if it is true) then the new daleks are bringing back all the daleks from 1963-now! It would be epic!!! But I mean come on, you can see guests queuing up so it must be a fake! and i’m surprised they decided to post the picture on april fool’s day! mmm( theres something fishy going on!)…

Has anyone else noticed the other Dalek behind Karen? It’s to the right of her and i think it looks like a Russell T Davies Dalek.

Just looked at the other Dalek photos and it seems as if the room they’re in in the picture above could be some kind of Dalek meeting/confrontation room, as the floor in the other pictures is really similar to the one in this picture.

This may explain why at the Toy Fair, we saw some “classic” Daleks being released along side new daleks in the new series packaging rather than the classic styled packaging…that said…would CO know about storylines that far in advance..?

Yes. Well, that’s what I think. Mainly because Steven Moffat spoke a lot about this episode in DWM late last year. It’s obvious that he’s had it planned for a long, long time. Maybe he told them about it when he forced the Rory figure into production?

i wouldn’t think so at that stage but if they go ahead the line up seen at the toy fair might change i would have thought!

Unfortuanately, Arthur Darvill could not appear in this picture due to the damage he caused to the Dalek. The Dalek is now in a temporary state of fear and is relaxing in Cardiff for the time being.
