The Day of the Doctor – Extended Full Trailer

Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor – The Trailer

Saturday 23 November 7.50pm

The Doctors embark on their greatest adventure in this 50th anniversary special.

In 2013, something terrible is awakening in London’s National Gallery; in 1562, a murderous plot is afoot in Elizabethan England; and somewhere in space an ancient battle reaches its devastating conclusion. All of reality is at stake as the Doctor’s own dangerous past comes back to haunt him.

Anyone spot the Daleks within the ships, looks like it has a black dome…

What if the zygons win against the daleks and the all the daleks die so they will be a common villain for the 12th doctor and they escape the doctors

Its sad that the 50th is more of a celebration of the new series rather than 50 years

It looks like Matt smith is shown on a monitor or slething at 34 seconds as there are lines across the screen like a recorder or something. Maybe it’s the tenth doctors TARDIS screen and he’s watching eleven.

If Christopher Eccleston is seen, it will obviously be footage of him from series 1, since he want’s nothing to do with Doctor Who since he left, the old so and so.

I wonder if those ships are DARDISes…. (Dalek Time Machines)

Still speculation that CE will be in at least one scene.

WouldYouLikeAJellyBaby might be right. I can’t see how you can call Daleks that outsmart the Doctor and come up with a plan that will kill him and the insane Daleks cowardly, though. However, it does look like we’ll be seeing lots of the bubbling lumps of hate.

well at the end th zygon looks like it makes a explosion then you see lots of daleks blow up and the surroundings look the same

  • Thomas Jennings

    November 9th, 2013 - 3:43pm

    That would be amazing!

When Matt’s in the TARDIS, there’s some slightly Time Lord-y symbols around the edge of the screen…

By the looks of it John Hurt has hi own TARDIS! (0:32) It can’t be David’s as Johns has a white floor.

Well yes they must have taken it out of DWE it must be a blow to arrive there and find out one of the main attractions has been removed; it’s like when I went to the MOSI exhibition in Manchester and the Ood weren’t there because they were filming Planet of the Ood although that wouldn’t have been as tragic!

    Yes. Well, greenish blue.

  • 100000BC

    November 9th, 2013 - 2:13pm

Well the Bad Wolf might have something to do with the fact that it’s the same Daleks she destroyed with it – the Emperor and his guards (especially if this is the END of the time war)

If the 10th Doctor TARDIS goes through the 10th Doctor vortex, why didn’t the 1st Doctor TARDIS in NOTD go through a [jazzed up and colourful] 1st Doctor vortex?

  • 100000BC

Look we still have roughly 1 hour 39 minutes left of the 50th that we haven’t seen; the classic references are likely to be in there.
