From the official site…

The title of the series finale has been revealed and is the hugely intriguing: The Name of the Doctor.

The ‘poster’ for the series’ final adventurewas unveiled today and it also confirms that Alex Kingston is back, joining Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise Coleman for what promises to be a jaw-dropping end to a spectacular series.

But we’re not there, yet! We’ve still to unravel the mystery of Clara – the woman ‘twice killed’ and yet still by the Doctor’s side… What secrets does she hold? And in the weeks ahead we’ve a trip to a haunted house, a journey to the centre of the TARDIS and a nightmare clash with the mighty Cybermen. But after all those adventures we have The Name of the Doctor and stand by for something that you might always have believed to be impossible…

“…..When none can speak false or fail to answer….”

The Doctor does not speak, he answers in WRITING! He writes his name, in Galifreyan; which only he can read! (or possibly River as well). Satisfies the prophecy, technically justifies the title and the audience can keep guessing for the next fifty years!

Lets see if I was just as clever as Moffat!!

Maybe it gets all Biblical, like when God reveals His personal name to Moses. ” I am, that I am; tell them I AM commands it!”
So, perhaps the Doctor is Yaweh or Jehova!

(Of course, if that IS it, anything but Silence will fall!!)

oh yeah Dr who, the whispermen as supposed to be in it, but i remember reading somewhere that the great intelligence (richard e grant) was going to be in the finale, along with the past two claras which died, and the daleks, (possibly the daleks and 2 dead claras are in a flashback form or something)

kovarian and the silence did’t WANT to know the truth, they wanted it to be kept a secret, thats why they were trying to kill him. They want it kept quite because they know that the question ‘Doctor Who?’ will be answered on the fields of trenzalore, and that answer will bring about the end of the universe, meaning the end for the silence

Exactly I do not want Clara or any other companion to not call him ‘Doctor’
If its not really going to be revealed they should put a question mark at the end of the title. Also he says that if his name is spoken then whole universes will collapse so if it is revealed then a whole lot of destruction will occur.
