    This is epic.

i read on doctor who spoilers a great idea about the EYE-PATCH that madame kovarion wears …. it goes like this ,,,,,, the eyepatch is a silent detector thing it makes you able not to forget the silence ….. its like it blocks there perception filter … so you don’t forget them and also it could help to the plot of Kovarian working with the Silence !!!! i think that could work otu ๐Ÿ™‚ who agrees

    • dalek95

      July 28th, 2011 - 10:30am

not me cause the doctor had a nano chip recorder to send messages of u seeing the silence and when there played u remember seeing the silence. an the reason i think melody/river is wearing a eye pach in a good man goes to war the real baby river gets captured by karaven this must be her in the futer or somthink

    • dalek95

      July 28th, 2011 - 10:32am

or maybe killed karaven i dunno

  • Come along Pond

    July 28th, 2011 - 2:22am

Looks like Amy is training with Madame Vastra, notice the green scaly hands in the right hand of the pic?

  • no one

    July 27th, 2011 - 9:07pm

in the picture with loads of cybermen in it one of them appears to not have any handles

    • tjmov

      July 27th, 2011 - 9:58pm

it looks like a conversion factory, there are other body parts around the room aswell

    • Anonymous

      July 28th, 2011 - 1:27am

i think the one without handles is a cyberleader like in the old series

    • no one

      July 28th, 2011 - 5:23pm

i thought cyberleaders had black handles, it was cyber controllers who had none

    • no one

      July 28th, 2011 - 5:26pm

ive just noticed that cyberman with no handles has no body. maybe someone is being converted…

    • Seb

      July 30th, 2011 - 2:40pm

I believe that’s a conversion mahine, with multiple Cyber parts attached to it, as the head is half a head and has no handles, the chest amour is seperate and has no chest unit in the middle, and the legs are detached as well. Also I’d like to point out how all the cybermen are pretty smashed up (missing panels, metal patches and such), it’s as if they’re the last remnants of the Cyber-race, hoping to rebuild their former glory.

    • Randomizer

      July 30th, 2011 - 10:29pm

They all have handels. Look closely thats what they are holding on to

  • The TARDIS

    July 27th, 2011 - 7:30pm

In picture 23 the doctor is sucked out of a door why his holdind on a boy or pulling him.

  • tjmov

    July 27th, 2011 - 5:18pm

the weeping angels background looks like the wallpaper from the hotel in the god complex (episode 11)- theory

  • tjmov

    July 27th, 2011 - 3:41pm

silent under water, could be to do with lake silencio (2nd to last picture). And also if Madame Kovarian knows about the astronaut then she must know about or be involved with the silent because they (sort of) made it

    • RobZ

      July 28th, 2011 - 1:33am

in pic 13 river has an eyepatch like i patch lady so but she was also the astronaught

    • Jak

      July 28th, 2011 - 4:02pm

      1) I think the Silent is in a tank, so the Cybermen or some other monster might be keeping them captive or studying them, like in Cold Blood when they had Mammoths and stuff like that stored away.
      2) Unless I’m just stupid and wrong, I’m not sure the Silence had anything to do with the Astronaut.
      3) The Astronaut has to be Melody, or young River cos we see the pictures in the care home of Amy holding her. We know it’s her because we see her in the Astronaut gear.
4)RobZ, I think River is just pretending to be Kovarian to trick someone/something, into believing its her. Notice that in that picture River’s in an ancient Egyptian tomb.

  • whofan4ever

    July 27th, 2011 - 3:22pm

in pic 26 you can see the reflection of the doctor with a stetson on

    • tjmov

      July 27th, 2011 - 3:30pm

so that means this segment might be set before the impossible astronaut? maybe

    • Jak

      July 28th, 2011 - 4:04pm

he looks shoked that he’s on there so it might be the younger (current) Doctor…?

  • whofan4ever

    July 27th, 2011 - 3:19pm

IT FITS SO WELL CONSIDERING ALL OF THE BIG SIGNS TRANSLATED TO MEAN OMEGA FROM GREEK TIMES. if the end of the series is revisisting the doctor die then its kinda pointless unless river realises she is the girl in the spacesuit and tells her young self to not kill then it wont work out. OR river knows what happens because she tells amy to stay back when he dies because she goes in reverse.

    • dalek95

      July 27th, 2011 - 7:20pm

no it isnt its scotty hes new to the series

    • dalek95

      July 28th, 2011 - 10:24am

      thats what ive heard anyway

  • tjmov

    July 27th, 2011 - 2:54pm

in picture 13 river is wearing the same clothes as Kovarian and the background looks similar too. a regeneration perhaps?

    • tjmov

      July 27th, 2011 - 2:57pm

      except for the earrings

    • DoctorWhoDW-in memory of Liz Sladen-WE LOVE YOU

      July 28th, 2011 - 3:32am

but river dies as river the now in series 4 and i doubt they’ll rewright time for that …

  • McGann is the Doctor.

    July 27th, 2011 - 1:42pm

3Rd pic down, the Doctor gets his new coat ! ๐Ÿ˜€

6th Picture down, who or what does that eye belong to ? The face of Boe ? Or something we’ve never seen before ? โ“

    • WOWHO

      July 27th, 2011 - 8:16pm

The eye looks like one from a Jixon from the K9 series

  • Doctor Stu

    July 27th, 2011 - 12:42pm

Just had a theory, what if madam Krovarian is a shape changer and she has took the form of that weird medieval man and Riversong to fool the Doctor and lure him into a trap.
this might sound weird but ‘Riversong is clearly facing the audience as if she wants us to see her clearly. I think at the start of the scene she was facing the opposite way and speaking in madam krovarians voice and then once she turns around we are shocked to find out it is River. Does anyone agree with my theory, please answer.

    • Doctor Stu

      July 27th, 2011 - 12:43pm

I mean she is clearly facing the audience in pic 13

    July 27th, 2011 - 10:18am

whats up with amy in picture 7?? what has happened to her??….

    • booboo

      July 27th, 2011 - 10:19am

      looks like she got old

    • Jak

      July 28th, 2011 - 4:09pm

didn’t somebody from ep 8 say in the trailer “something has happened to time”? coincidence? maybe Amy’s been turned old from this time thing…?

      August 1st, 2011 - 12:11pm

      an interesting proposition! lol!

  • Jaketor Who

    July 27th, 2011 - 9:22am

i think that river wearing the eye patch is in ther eto make people think she is Koverian, my theory is that she is not a physical being but the eye patch is the conscience of her, so who ever wears the eye patch becomes her,

    what do people think?

    • McGann is the Doctor.

      July 27th, 2011 - 1:37pm

      Wow, that’s a well-conceived idea ! ๐Ÿ’ก

    • Dalek Vader

      July 29th, 2011 - 4:07am

That is a fantastic theory! But if thatโ€™s true then that could mean that ‘Madame Krovarian’ is actually an alias for someone else similer as Harold Saxon was an alias for the master this could be an alias for the rani and the silence could have been peaceful residents of a planet that she took over and forced them to do her bidding, and to escape the time war she transferred her consciousness to something small and undetectable like an eye patch. Or it is possible that the silence are a manifestation of omega.

      August 1st, 2011 - 12:12pm

      very imaginative!

  • DuckandGrouse

    July 27th, 2011 - 7:12am

I think the skulls the scene after River, are those of silents.

    • Doctor Stu

      July 27th, 2011 - 12:34pm

I dont think so because they look human and silence have bigger heads so the skulls would be larger

  • Michael Westen

    July 27th, 2011 - 2:08am

As expected Rory gets little action in the video. Again to put people of the scent a bit. Join up all the dots from the first half-of-the-season (Rory dying every episode, becoming a Time Lord “don’t just happen” line by the Doctor when talking about Melody, Tardis hidden on the beach, talking out of a Timelord distress signal etc etc), take a knowledge of the major commercial elements of Doctor Who – and the unmistakeable conclusion is that the final twist of the season will be that Rory is the Master. The interesting snippet from a scene from Episode 13 that’s appeared in normally reputable areas online of “I’m not Roman, I’m Saxon!” suggests a commercial decision to bring back the Master has been made while covering it up extremely well. Similarly, there’s lots of funky monsters that add a new dynamic to Doctor Who, and of course, for figures and other items commercially. Rory as the Master fits as well – joins the dots – even if you take recent canon the Silence and their use of perception filters wouldn’t work on the character (“As if a perception filter would work on me!”). There’s even subtle suggestions that Rory’s sudden appearance in the episode after the End of Time is no coincidence and there’s something more to him.

Picture 22 was included in the trailer deliberately I imagine as it looks a bit like David Tennant

    • Jaketor Who

      July 27th, 2011 - 9:22am

i like your theory but i hope he is not the master

    • harold saxon

      July 27th, 2011 - 5:53pm

interesting thesory,if true could be very exciting though i hope john simm will return to who, certainly the master,i think the master will come back eventually,if he does we will have 3 timelords in who!

      July 28th, 2011 - 11:16pm

sorry, the post I made earlier was for this question. sorry!

‘Yeah, it kind of does, but I actually think it’s Hitler. Same bone structure. :)’

    • Peter Engelbrecht

      August 8th, 2011 - 11:06pm

Sorry, But Rory cannot be the Master. The Master Sacrificed himself to save the Doctor and the Earth when he attacked Rassilon and the other Timelords to send them back into the Time War and the Time lock. It is possible that Rory is the one in the Space suit and the Doctor is shot and “Dies” by Rory and it is possible Rory had to do it to reset what ever is wrong with time and to save Amy. Remember this Doctor is quick to sacrifice himself in this regeneration.

  • spaceinvaders

(I do my research. (; hehe.)) I HOPE HE’S IN SEASON SIX! I LOVE HIM!!!!! (even though I’m a teen and he’s 44! WOOOO!)

feel free to call me a JB stalker. (NOT JUSTIN BEIBER! I SERIOUSLY WANT TO TAKE HIS HEAD OFF W/ A CHAINSAW!)

    • Seb

    • Anonymous

      July 26th, 2011 - 3:06pm

She does look considerably older, but she doesn’t look that much different. If the make-up department got the aging right her fans will certainly still be happy in a few decades time.

  • ian

    July 26th, 2011 - 11:37am

It all looks very action figure friendly. Will we get any of these characters for Xmas?

    • booboo

      July 26th, 2011 - 11:40am

I hope so there are on some great potential figures there

    • jedijim

      July 26th, 2011 - 10:55pm

You fancy a Hitler action figure?

    • Whofan (since2005)

      July 27th, 2011 - 6:45pm

No way! I’d prefer to see:
      River Song
      Madame Vastra
      Jennifer Ganger
      Sea Siren
      and the Astronaut.
My brother collects the figures also and he’s desperate for The Stetson Doctor

    • Jak

i can’t believe they haven’t made a Rory yet? hes been in it since, like, yonks ago!

  • 4thdoctorforever

    July 26th, 2011 - 9:33am

oh by the looks of it the Face of Boe is coming back… I wonder how they’ll do that? didn’t he die in ‘Gridlock’?

    • TardisCreation

      July 26th, 2011 - 9:57am

It’s not the Face Of Boe, he has wider eyes. It might be a dinosaur.

    • Androvax

      July 26th, 2011 - 10:17am

Or the Minotaur from episode 11, The God Complex

    • jedijim

      July 26th, 2011 - 11:00pm

      “didnโ€™t he die in โ€˜Gridlockโ€™”

Yes, but in 5 Billion + A.D.!! Remember, TARDIS, anywhere/anywhen in time and space???

In theory the Doctor can meet anyone at any point he does not cross his own personal timeline ( and the writers play pretty fast and loose with that!)

    • Liason Ice

      July 27th, 2011 - 8:39am

Jack is the Face of Boe, remember.
      Immortality anyone.

    • jigglypineapples

      July 28th, 2011 - 11:21pm

Heck no! It’s not a friggin DINOSAUR! Yes, they changed the eye color, so it’s more like John’s, but he IS still immortal, and it’s just like the show to get rid of something, only to bring it back JIGGLY STYLE later on. STILL LUVI’N THE PINEAPPLES, AND STILL STALKIN THE JOHN B! WOOOO!

    • Jak

      August 1st, 2011 - 9:16am

he isn’t immortal at the moment but then Miracle Day will have probably finished by that episode

  • doctorwhocrazyfreak

    July 26th, 2011 - 9:32am

woohoo first comment. i wonder if picture nineteen is madame kovarian

    • tom no.1 fan age 13

      July 26th, 2011 - 11:19am

there was an alien who looked like the carrionites and there was river and koravian wearing the eye patches. are they a gang or do they take over people’s bodies?

    • Whofan (since2005)

      July 26th, 2011 - 1:45pm

Maybe Kovarian wanted to be more popular so persuaded random characters to wear an eye-patch? Maybe she wanted an action figure of herself?

    • jigglypineapples

      July 28th, 2011 - 11:23pm

Maybe Kovarian is some sort of shape-shifter, and she made herself look like River? You gotta admit, it could happen. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • doctorwhocrazyfreak

      July 31st, 2011 - 10:15am

your right jigglypineapples becausse if river was kovarian she would be capturing herself.

but maybe she kidnaps herself to lure the doctor then she disapears leaving the doctor trapped then the judoon come and think the doctor caused the paradox of kovarian and river/melody
