i read on doctor who spoilers a great idea about the EYE-PATCH that madame kovarion wears …. it goes like this ,,,,,, the eyepatch is a silent detector thing it makes you able not to forget the silence ….. its like it blocks there perception filter … so you don’t forget them and also it could help to the plot of Kovarian working with the Silence !!!! i think that could work otu ๐Ÿ™‚ who agrees

not me cause the doctor had a nano chip recorder to send messages of u seeing the silence and when there played u remember seeing the silence. an the reason i think melody/river is wearing a eye pach in a good man goes to war the real baby river gets captured by karaven this must be her in the futer or somthink

I believe that’s a conversion mahine, with multiple Cyber parts attached to it, as the head is half a head and has no handles, the chest amour is seperate and has no chest unit in the middle, and the legs are detached as well. Also I’d like to point out how all the cybermen are pretty smashed up (missing panels, metal patches and such), it’s as if they’re the last remnants of the Cyber-race, hoping to rebuild their former glory.

silent under water, could be to do with lake silencio (2nd to last picture). And also if Madame Kovarian knows about the astronaut then she must know about or be involved with the silent because they (sort of) made it

      1) I think the Silent is in a tank, so the Cybermen or some other monster might be keeping them captive or studying them, like in Cold Blood when they had Mammoths and stuff like that stored away.
      2) Unless I’m just stupid and wrong, I’m not sure the Silence had anything to do with the Astronaut.
      3) The Astronaut has to be Melody, or young River cos we see the pictures in the care home of Amy holding her. We know it’s her because we see her in the Astronaut gear.
4)RobZ, I think River is just pretending to be Kovarian to trick someone/something, into believing its her. Notice that in that picture River’s in an ancient Egyptian tomb.

    PICTURE 22 IS OMEGA

IT FITS SO WELL CONSIDERING ALL OF THE BIG SIGNS TRANSLATED TO MEAN OMEGA FROM GREEK TIMES. if the end of the series is revisisting the doctor die then its kinda pointless unless river realises she is the girl in the spacesuit and tells her young self to not kill then it wont work out. OR river knows what happens because she tells amy to stay back when he dies because she goes in reverse.

Just had a theory, what if madam Krovarian is a shape changer and she has took the form of that weird medieval man and Riversong to fool the Doctor and lure him into a trap.
this might sound weird but ‘Riversong is clearly facing the audience as if she wants us to see her clearly. I think at the start of the scene she was facing the opposite way and speaking in madam krovarians voice and then once she turns around we are shocked to find out it is River. Does anyone agree with my theory, please answer.

i think that river wearing the eye patch is in ther eto make people think she is Koverian, my theory is that she is not a physical being but the eye patch is the conscience of her, so who ever wears the eye patch becomes her,

That is a fantastic theory! But if thatโ€™s true then that could mean that ‘Madame Krovarian’ is actually an alias for someone else similer as Harold Saxon was an alias for the master this could be an alias for the rani and the silence could have been peaceful residents of a planet that she took over and forced them to do her bidding, and to escape the time war she transferred her consciousness to something small and undetectable like an eye patch. Or it is possible that the silence are a manifestation of omega.

As expected Rory gets little action in the video. Again to put people of the scent a bit. Join up all the dots from the first half-of-the-season (Rory dying every episode, becoming a Time Lord “don’t just happen” line by the Doctor when talking about Melody, Tardis hidden on the beach, talking out of a Timelord distress signal etc etc), take a knowledge of the major commercial elements of Doctor Who – and the unmistakeable conclusion is that the final twist of the season will be that Rory is the Master. The interesting snippet from a scene from Episode 13 that’s appeared in normally reputable areas online of “I’m not Roman, I’m Saxon!” suggests a commercial decision to bring back the Master has been made while covering it up extremely well. Similarly, there’s lots of funky monsters that add a new dynamic to Doctor Who, and of course, for figures and other items commercially. Rory as the Master fits as well – joins the dots – even if you take recent canon the Silence and their use of perception filters wouldn’t work on the character (“As if a perception filter would work on me!”). There’s even subtle suggestions that Rory’s sudden appearance in the episode after the End of Time is no coincidence and there’s something more to him.

Picture 22 was included in the trailer deliberately I imagine as it looks a bit like David Tennant

      August 8th, 2011 - 11:06pm

Sorry, But Rory cannot be the Master. The Master Sacrificed himself to save the Doctor and the Earth when he attacked Rassilon and the other Timelords to send them back into the Time War and the Time lock. It is possible that Rory is the one in the Space suit and the Doctor is shot and “Dies” by Rory and it is possible Rory had to do it to reset what ever is wrong with time and to save Amy. Remember this Doctor is quick to sacrifice himself in this regeneration.
