June 29th, 2017 - 9:52pmIn a future episode, i’d like to see The Master/Missy Regenerate into the same face The Doctor currently has (or vice versa) because i just think it would make a great dark storyline because we will sort of be seeing two different sides of The Doctor (good and evil) but as different characters

June 29th, 2017 - 12:42amI’ve seen a couple of spoiler free reviews, and I think it’s safe to say, it doesn’t quite live up to expectations, after what was amazingly built up in ‘World Enough and Time’. That’s not to say it will be terrible, no one seems to be saying that, but it might be best to approach this episode with no expectations, and to turn down our excitement a few notches.

June 29th, 2017 - 10:56amI have seen them too, I fully agree.
Pats86
June 29th, 2017 - 10:59amNone of the reviews say anything much about the conclusion and nothing the regeneration shots we have seen? So they haven’t seen it or keeping it completely spoiler free!

June 29th, 2017 - 6:33pmI’m still looking forward to ‘The Doctor Falls’ though. I can’t help myself. I haven’t thought about much else all week, and it’s great. Even people at work considered ‘World Enough and Time’ to be brilliant, and they haven’t got into discussion about Doctor Who since David Tennant! So it’s certainly created a buzz at the moment.
Pats86
June 30th, 2017 - 6:44amI feel the same Tim M, and it sounds like it will not be like Hell Bent’s disappointing mess. My expectations are not on a high this time although I can’t help myself, I just don’t want to be disappointed and it does worry me.
The Outcast
July 1st, 2017 - 10:33amIt won’t be as bad as Hell Bent, but it won’t be pretty if they bring Bill back from being a Cyberman.

June 28th, 2017 - 9:51pmOnly in Doctor Who could a character say ‘she was my man crush’ and it make complete sense

June 28th, 2017 - 5:02pmSeries 10 had a bit of a shaky start, but has gradually become a fantastic series! Here’s my rankings
The Pilot 6/10

Extremis 9/10
The Pyramid at the End of the World 7/10

The Eaters of Light 7.5/10
World Enough and Time 9/10
i think I’ll probably end up giving The Doctor Falls a 10/10 as it looks to be the greatest Doctor Who episode ever
Tim M
June 28th, 2017 - 5:20pmApart from the hit and miss ‘Monk’ trilogy, and I felt rather just below average ‘Eaters of Light’, this has been a fantastic series. Easily Capaldi’s best series by some considerable margin. I only hope ‘The Doctor Falls’ finishes the series in style.

June 27th, 2017 - 10:57pmAt first I thought the Doctor and the two masters were going to team up and sort out their differences judging by the trailer which I didn’t want but now I’m thinking that maybe all the cyberman go rogue and decide they don’t need the masters help to get to the top of the ship they can do it themselves. so I’m thinking the trio form a sort of alliance to stop the cybermen from killing them all but whilst remaining enemies.
I’d also love a scene where Missy starts to stumble around or feel faint and starts getting flashbacks and new memories a bit like Clara in the name of the Doctor to sort out the timeline, maybe a scene of simm regenerating or escaping the time lords so we can establish their order definitively and give an explanation as to why she never remembers meeting herself or being onboard the ship. Just a throwaway line where she’s feeling a bit sick or she holds her forehead as if she’s going to faint and says ‘my memories are changing’. I hate the whole situation where a character should remember something but doesn’t for some reason just to serve the plot. The issue is sort of present in day of the Doctor because at what point do the war doctors memories stop to be able to convince him that he blew up gallifrey and killed his people.

June 27th, 2017 - 6:59pmIs the Doctors regeneration taking place at the South Pole? !986 ?
Tim M
June 27th, 2017 - 8:00pmLooks like it. However, this is going to be a complicated and not straight forward Regeneration. I’m thinking the 12th and 13th Doctors might regenerate back and forth, until it eventually settles at the end of the Xmas special. Or is the 12th Doctor trying to hold back his regeneration to prevent an evil 13th incarnation…The Valeyard!

June 27th, 2017 - 9:16pmTim M I like that! That’s cool

June 27th, 2017 - 4:48pmThe ‘Radio Times’ does say in the latest issue that Pearl Mackie departs in ‘The Doctor Fall’. So I’m certain she won’t be staying on. But I wish her well. Pearl is a fine actress, and deserves to go onto great things.
Tyler Prescott
June 29th, 2017 - 6:43pmShe will get her own TARDIS, and fly around the universe, with immortality forever, with no memory of the Doctor.
Tim M
June 27th, 2017 - 3:06pmI reckon the fact we seen a tear from Bill’s eye at the end of ‘World Enough and Time’ suggests she hasn’t been fully converted, and it’s an emotional trap for the Doctor. In other words, she could well be saved in some form.
DW Spoilers
June 27th, 2017 - 2:55pmI have a theory, its obviously right.
Missy is actually The Rani pretending to be The Master. The Doctor in the beginning of WEAT is actually The Master in disguise escaping in the TARDIS after the Doctor has foiled his plans yet again. The Doctor then goes to visit his first incarnation, but instead is greeted by a mysterious version that we have never seen before- we will follow his adventures for a few seasons before resuming with the twelfth Doctor’s regeneration in 2021. Bill isn’t actually dead, or a cyberman, as she escapes with Nardole with Clara and Ashildr to travel around time and space in their TARDIS.

June 27th, 2017 - 3:05pmThis isn’t even the worst idea I’ve heard. I mean, its still awful and obviously not true, but not the worst.

June 27th, 2017 - 4:14pmI hope not
whovian
June 27th, 2017 - 4:46pmI doubt very highly that they would spend any production costs on any of that or keep viewers inclined to watch it. The only thing i could see happening, but it wont is that Missy turns out to be Rani or Romana or something like that.
But as i say, very, very doubtful.

June 27th, 2017 - 2:25pmOK, I’ve just watched the episode again and I think I’m ready to give my pre-finale scores out of 10 now. I’m going to post a scale as well (which I haven’t done before): 10 = absolutely amazing, 9 = very good, 8 = pretty good, 7 = good, 6 = alright, 5 = less alright, 4 = bad, 3 = pretty bad, 2 = very bad, 1 = absolutely awful.
The Pilot: 8
Smile: 6.75

The Pyramid at the End of the World: 7
The Lie of the Land: 6.5

The Eaters of Light: 7
World Enough and Time: 9.5

June 27th, 2017 - 1:51pmmy way out there theory is that were gonna meet a new doctor but one that comes b4 hartnell
Tim M
June 27th, 2017 - 1:55pmSo not only will there be flying Mondasian Cybermen (Moffat rewriting established history) but also, you are expecting him to create a Doctor before Hartnell. I sincerely hope not.

June 27th, 2017 - 2:46pmHe had better not
whovian
June 27th, 2017 - 4:49pmThat could (unfortunately) make sense since an old episode of classic Dr Who, wasnt there a scene of pre-first doctor doctors? Im a young Whovian but i know ive heard of the scene before.
Pats86
June 27th, 2017 - 4:50pmIt could happen, the Doctor said he couldn’t remember if he had a man crush on the Master when he was young as a man or not?
I would not put it past Moffat to give the Doctor several incarnations before Hartnell!
Pats86
June 27th, 2017 - 4:51pmMeaning he could have been female before Hartnell?
spike
June 28th, 2017 - 8:31amyeah and this would be a way to introduce the idea of the Doctor as a woman to the audience.
As for Whovian’s question it was Brain of Morbius where this happened. Also I’m pretty sure Steven Moffat has discussed this idea before in DWM.
Tyler Prescott
June 29th, 2017 - 6:50pmI don’t think it’s the Mondasian Cybermen that are flying. I think it’s the new ones, and the Mondasian look up at them.
Pats86
June 30th, 2017 - 6:49amThere is a promo poster that shows the Mondasian Cybermen flying, I haven’t seen any clips of them doing it but it is on the poster.
Tim M
June 26th, 2017 - 2:54pmDoes anyone else like me think we will see the next Doctor at the end of ‘The Doctor Falls’. You would expect an announcement on who the next Doctor would be in the Summer anyway most likely. So isn’t it possible he/she could be revealed at the end of Saturdays episode. What a shock that would be, plus I bet the media watching the episode in advance to give us spoiler free reviews, won’t see the last five minutes or something.

June 26th, 2017 - 6:49pmTim M, I hope that you are right. It would be absolutely fantastic if he did regenerate at the end of the episode a totally unexpected new Doctor.
Considering all the secrets and already knowing who was to appear before hand I am hoping it is a smoke screen for the unexpected!
Could they have possibly have kept it a secret? Unlikely but you never know.
If he remains male Idris Elba, James Norton or Daniel Day Lewis? Has he really retired?
If female Felicity Jones

The Outcast
July 1st, 2017 - 10:38amApparently the new Doctor is going to be revealed sometime today according to DWM, unless I’m wrong, in that case, I apologise.
Anonymous
June 26th, 2017 - 2:52pmJust a thought…the Master likes disguises, right? Also Moffat loves to tease us and play games. Could the pre-credit scene of the Doctor starting to regenerate actually be the Master in disguise, (either Saxon Master or Missy Master)…meaning the Doctor doesn’t actually regenerate until the Xmas special.

June 27th, 2017 - 2:48pmNo… (definitely not)…
Doctor Stu
June 26th, 2017 - 10:31amI feel like Bills not going to stay dead, she’ll probably get unconverted apart from her cybernetic heart and won’t be able to leave the hospital like that nurse said. So it’ll be a sort of death but not quite her staying dead just like Clara. Missy will probs stay to look after her
therealwhovian63
June 26th, 2017 - 11:49amMissy won’t if shesthe master. That reminds me of cursr of the black spot
timelord327
June 26th, 2017 - 5:27pmNormally I’d agree, but the Master said in World Enough and Time that conversion needed to be permanent. So HA! No coming back from there, Moffat! Although I think there will be a flashback scene with her possibly, ergo why we heard her voice in the trailer.

June 25th, 2017 - 11:49pmI do not like seeing flying mondasian cybermen!
Tim M
June 26th, 2017 - 8:34amI do not like flying Cybermen full stop! None of the 20th century Cybermen had flying abilities, so why are the Mondasian Cybermen flying. It’s potentially rewriting Doctor Who’s history, but yet again, it’s typical Moffat.
pats86
June 26th, 2017 - 9:28amMy heart is sinking already, now I am worried about Saturdays final episode, flying Mondasian Cybermen?
Exterminator
June 26th, 2017 - 6:40pmI think instead of making them fly like Iron Man, they should’ve given them ‘predator’ type cloaking devices to make the cyberman invisible.
Pats86
June 26th, 2017 - 9:36pmExterminator, maybe they already have a “predator”cloaking device? We just can’t see them? 😉
Pats86
June 26th, 2017 - 9:43pmExterminator, maybe they already have we just can’t see them? 😉
The Outcast
June 27th, 2017 - 1:22amI don’t mind the idea of Cybermen flying, but the way its been done just makes them seem more like Iron Man. I mean, we already thought the Cybriad ones looked like Iron Man and flying in the same style as Iron Man just furthered it. The Mondasian ones don’t look right flying like they are and I’m still unsure whether or not I’m ok with the Cybus ones flying. I could see the Earthshock ones flying if they had jetpacks on, cause I’ve a DWM cover wear they are flying with jetpacks.
Exterminator
June 27th, 2017 - 10:51pmJet packs on their backs would be so much more believable than flying jet boots. I mean, in the tenth planet the Mondasian Cybermen are just wearing silver Doc Martins! I like the jet pack idea.
Pats86
June 25th, 2017 - 4:07pmReading some of the coments from the Facebook questions last night, Moffat seems to be hinting that Bill is not going to stay a Cyberman, if that’s the case can we have the show since Clara’s arrival in the Snowmen xmas special up until now as a dream and let Chibnall clean up the mess Moffat keeps making?
Hopefully Bill is dead/a Cyberman but I seriously doubt it and the impact it had last night will be all undone…..Again!

June 25th, 2017 - 10:02pmWell like it or not it is a fact!
pats86
June 25th, 2017 - 10:11pmMeaning Moffat keeps messing up.
Anonymous
June 25th, 2017 - 11:14pmIf she’s not a Cyberman it’s likely it’s going to be down to Chibnall wanting to keep her on, not because Moffat wanted to give her a happy ending.
Pats86
June 26th, 2017 - 6:42amI suppose you are right, I just want to see someone pay the consequences of travelling with the Doctor, not the cop out reasons we have had under Moffat, and RTD with Rose.
The Outcast
June 26th, 2017 - 11:29amAs much as I like Bill, I think this needs to be her end. Nardole might end up in Series 11, but I think there is a 95% chance he’s going to get killed off/leave next ep. Remember, 12 was alone in the snow at the start.
Tim M
June 26th, 2017 - 12:55pmI like Bill and Nardole, I really do. But I do believe Chris Chibnall needs to start afresh with series 11, and leave behind most of what’s gone before. It needs to start like a ‘brand new’ series, and a reboot.
Mick181
June 27th, 2017 - 9:35pmHow’s this one, Bill is converted back declares total hatred of the Doctor for “deserting her” and she’s the one that shoots the Doctor causing the Regeneration and then goes off with the Master and or Missy.
Something totally different in the History of Dr Who, a companion who comes to despise him.
Sounds kinda cool.
Tim M
June 28th, 2017 - 12:06pmShe has already shot the Doctor four times in ‘The Lie of the Land’…and that seemed far fetched and unlikely.
DannyTheNerd
June 25th, 2017 - 3:01pmI think Missy will actually become good. At first I didn’t, but after watching these trailers, I think she is going to struggle whether to side with herself or The Doctor. Ultimately I think she’ll end up sacrficing herself to save the Doctor and everyone, by killing The Master.
Anonymous
June 25th, 2017 - 10:20pmI think she’ll help the Doctor defeat the Cyber army and then betray him striking the fatal blow that forces him into his regeneration cycle
T4RD1S
June 26th, 2017 - 2:02amIf Missy killed Simm’s Master then that would create a paradox, because if he was killed by a future version of himself, then Missy would never exist, so it would pretty much cancel out the whole episode (and loads of other episodes). Missy could be a past version and come before Jon Simm but that wouldn’t really make sense since she said she escaped Gallifrey and stuff, and we saw Derek Jacobi’s regeneration into Simm, but we didn’t see Eric Robert’s Master regenerate into Jacobi’s, but that would still create a paradox, unless Missy isn’t the Master
therealwhovian63
June 25th, 2017 - 9:59amThis master must be before he half saved 10 as he isnt skeleton and refuses to stand with the doctor in the next time.
So
This means its after harold saxon as he says someones former priminister. But this cant work as he dies straight after last of the timelords and is reserected in the end of time. He clearly hasnt experienced the end of time yet otherwise hed be alot more insane and the skeleton would of been in the nexttime bit. So if its after the last of time lords and before the end of time could this mean hes revisited a face. I definetly cant be when he was priminister other wise he wouldnt of said former. Any theories. Mine is as i stated up there hes revisited a few or once he got back to gallifrey they cured him of the half life thing but why wont he stand with the doctor if he saved him. Hmmm
Doctor Stu
June 25th, 2017 - 2:45pmIt’s weird because there’s no room for him before the end of time it has to be afterwards, maybe when he returned to gallifrey his madness died down a bit because wasn’t the drum beat in his head cancelled out when the timelords were dragged back to gallifey and the link was broken.
therealwhovian63
June 25th, 2017 - 4:26pmYeah but where would je get the laser screwdriver, who’d have sonic, and is he still half life
T4RD1S
June 26th, 2017 - 2:04amHe could’ve found a way to get rid of the skeleton thing
The Outcast
June 26th, 2017 - 11:58amPerhaps the Sisterhood cured him of his electric hands for some reason. He can’t have killed them, as otherwise they couldn’t have appeared in Magicians Apprentice or… later. So either the Sisterhood are killed after Series 9 or he found a different method to cure himself, perhaps involving the sisterhood, perhaps not.

June 25th, 2017 - 9:17amDoes he regenerate or Do we wait & The Christmas Special. I still terrified it might be a Woman but I got couple of actor who I favour as the next Doctor.
doctor who fan 11
June 25th, 2017 - 9:31ami’m terrified too. i have no issue with a woman being the doctor. but am worried whether it would work, and would prefer a man for traditions sake. Also felt twelfths talk with bill on genders last night meant something to do with it, but really hoping it doesn’t
Mick181
June 25th, 2017 - 11:34amWork fine with the right actress but it’s a gamble and there will be a backlash simply because shes a Woman.
Pats86
June 25th, 2017 - 3:56pmI wouldn’t say I’m terrified but I would be disappointed because it would cause a backlash no matter who the actress is.
It did not need to put into the the shows cannon and it clearly has caused a split among fans be it old and new, Moffat and the BBC knew this would happen but they clearly have their own agenda.
r1ch1e
June 25th, 2017 - 8:46pmI remember being terrified it would be a lady doctor when Matt Smith left but now I’m getting more used to the idea and I think I would welcome it!
pats86
June 25th, 2017 - 10:04pmI would still watch but many would also stop watching.
The Outcast
June 26th, 2017 - 12:03pmI agree with pats86. I’m ok with it (if they aren’t written like Clara), but I know a lot of others wouldn’t be (including females) wouldn’t be. That being said, if he remains a man, that is ok, he doesn’t need to be a woman, nor should the writers be called “Sexist” for not making him one.
The Outcast
June 26th, 2017 - 12:06pm[Hopefully my original comment appears, cause context] That being said, I’d prefer the Doctor remain a male, mostly just to see the reactions of the people who are saying he “has” to become female now or else Sexist.
The Temporal Jelly Baby
June 26th, 2017 - 12:44pmI’m perfectly fine with the Doctor being a woman – as long as it’s not done for the sake of it. After all, it has now been firmly established that Time Lords can and do sometimes change gender. If a woman is chosen to be the Doctor just because she’s a woman then I’ll have a problem with it. If a woman is chosen to be the Doctor because she’s a great choice for the role then why should I complain?
Pats86
June 26th, 2017 - 9:55pmThe Outcast you are right about the “he must change gender” lot, they will be disappointed if he stays male and Chibnall could always write in an in a cannon law that stops him ever becoming a female just to shut them up whinging about it.
whovian
June 27th, 2017 - 5:04pmThis is how i see the Doctor as female working:
The Doctor is now a woman, the first ep of s11 gets many views just to test the waters. With each following ep of s11 the views fall and fall. And the BBC decide that due to poor ratings, Doctor Who is cancelled for the first time since 1989.
The head writer then starts a casting session to find a new lead male actor to porttay the Doctor and companion, but has trouble as viewers wont trust that it will be a male again after all the lies Moffat has made and so the show’s future becomes unclear.
From 23rd Nov. 1963 up till and including 1st July 2017 the Doctor has been a white male all that time, there is no need to fix something thaf IS NOT broken.
The Temporal Jelly Baby
June 27th, 2017 - 6:14pmOf course, I agree. If the Doctor becomes a woman in order to ‘fix’ the show then I won’t be all that happy as, just as you said, there’s nothing to fix. The Doctor doesn’t need to be female.
However, that doesn’t mean he can’t be. On the contrary, it has been firmly established that he can regenerate into a woman. So it does not necessarily have to be about ‘fixing’ anything but just casting a woman because she happens to be a good choice for the role.
Now, as for the potential effect on the show, that’s hard to predict. I agree that the 1st episode would likely get a lot of viewers and I suspect that the ratings for following episodes would largely depend on the reception from the first few.
Pats86
June 28th, 2017 - 4:51pmMy fear is it could cause such a split in the fan base and might be cancelled as whovian says, there is absolutely no need for him to change gender no reason at all.
What are the chances of a time lord staying the same gender throughout his whole 12 regenerations if gender is fluid on Gallifrey? And if he regenerates into a female, is he still his kids dad or mum, or Susan’s Grandmother? Would his wife if she meets him again want to be married to woman? If indeed she is still a female herself? Can Moffat answer these and other questions? It becomes a mess as I see it! And probably not on my own.
Yet more plot holes from Moffat
The Dalek Whovian
June 24th, 2017 - 8:28pmI feel like this was meant to be a 50th anniversary celebration for the Cybermen with old designs coming back. A late party is better than no party and this looks good

June 24th, 2017 - 7:41pmWith the ship travelling at different time rates the cyber men’s gradual upgrades have all happened, hence why we are going to see most versions of the cybermen.

June 25th, 2017 - 11:24amIndeed. The 80’s Cybermen would be great to see again. They definitely shouldn’t miss out on the Cybermen’s reunion party in next Saturday’s episode.

June 25th, 2017 - 1:16pmWould make more sense to have more than the originals and the new series ones

June 25th, 2017 - 4:04pmYes, let’s have ‘The Moonbase’ and ‘Tomb of the Cybermen’ versions, plus ‘The Wheel in Space’ versions, and ‘The Invasion’ and ‘Revenge of the Cybermen’ similar versions too.

June 24th, 2017 - 7:36pmReally looking forward to this episode a lot!

June 25th, 2017 - 10:41amthe out cast I wish that Cybermen vs a dalack
Doctor no more
June 17th, 2017 - 10:00pmWhat if the new doctor is played by. ….John simm? He’d be brilliant
Sherlock Holmes
June 24th, 2017 - 8:10pmThat really wouldn’t work.
Firstly, he’s much more suitable for an evil role
Secondly, then there would be the doctor and the master with the same face
Doctor Stu
June 16th, 2017 - 8:11pmWhat if Missy regenerates into Derek Jacobi id be shook. Don’t know where that thought came from but…
therealwhovian63
June 16th, 2017 - 8:58pmThatd make sense. I thought that from dark water when i first saw her as missy but then i thought itd be stupid. Its good to see some people think the same things. The reason i thought it from the dark water two parter is that we didnt see a regen from roberts to jacobi and moffat used thw same thing for 8 to war

June 17th, 2017 - 10:26pmHere’s what I’d like to see happen.
John Simms tries to kill The Doctor but Missy sacrifices herself to save him. She regenerates into Derek Jacobi and Simms escapes. Jacobi is disoriented from the regeneration so the Doctor takes the opportunity to use the fob watch on him then takes him to the far future and leaves him there as Professor Yana. Sorted.
Dan23
June 24th, 2017 - 7:36pmThey’re doing audio Story series with Derek Jacobs as the war master.
The moff
June 24th, 2017 - 7:48pmJohn Simms said in the episode that he was missy’s past and she his future self so no it wouldn’t make sense for Jacobi to turn up
Jake
June 24th, 2017 - 9:30pmI think Missy definitely comes before The Master- she said that she didn’t remember about being on the ship, so I don’t think she’s been on the ship yet
Dr phil
June 24th, 2017 - 10:12pmI think missy’s amnesia will have something to do with how this plays out. Maybe Simms is mind wiped at the end?
The Outcast
June 25th, 2017 - 2:36amNo, I think it’s implied Missy is from the far future, hence she can’t remember.

June 16th, 2017 - 8:28amWhat would be cool is if at the end of the finale he died but had his ability to regenerate suspended!
Then the Christmas special could be a Life on Mars type episode where he has to work out, in his own mind, what he needs to do to regenerate.
And all the old doctors could be there playing different characters guiding him in the right direction! We could even see 13 playing a part.
Moffat did say he was working with Chibnall on a different regeneration.
That’s just what I would do though. Seems silly now ive written it down.
The Outcast
June 16th, 2017 - 1:15pmI think something similar might happen. I think at the end of the finale, we’ll see 12 become 13 and this will be set just before then with Twelve being guided through his Regeneration by the First Doctor. We’ll probably see a lot of cameos from past people, Clara (who he’ll probably remember) maybe other Doctor’s, Susan, Bill and Nardole (depends on what happens to them tho), maybe River and Captain Jack too?
Doctor Stu
June 16th, 2017 - 8:08pmWouldn’t it be great if Susan comes back at the end to guide him into his next regeneration like Amy did for eleven
Doctor Stu
June 16th, 2017 - 8:11pmJack 100% needs it return it would be long overdue
Doctor Who Insider
June 17th, 2017 - 3:14amThat would be great
Jordan Scott
June 17th, 2017 - 6:41pmThat would be fantastic the Outcast!

June 16th, 2017 - 6:50amWhatever happens it will be better than season nines finale, it couldn’t be any worse could it?
Very excited to see Simm’s Master again and the Mondasian Cybermen. The best thing that could happen is Capaldi’s Doctor regenerating at the end and shocking us all with an earlier than expected new Doctor, Moffat throwing a major shock with the Xmas special being Chibnall’s first episode. (Must add that I will miss Capaldi’s Doctor)
The Outcast
June 16th, 2017 - 1:17pmQuote from Pats86: ‘Whatever happens will be better than season nines finale, *it couldn’t be any worse could it?*’
You’ve doomed us all. You’ve Jinxed it.
pats86
June 16th, 2017 - 2:28pmOh great, thanks for that! If it is worse (don`t see how it could be) I will never forgive myself 🙁
Sherlock Holmes
June 24th, 2017 - 8:16pmWhat have you done?! You’ve killed us all!!!
Jordan Scott
June 15th, 2017 - 11:42pmI’m really hyped for the finale, I really hope it’s one of the best ever if not THE best! It’d be great to have my expectations exceeded and for both Moffat and Capaldi to go out with a bang.
Tim M
June 16th, 2017 - 5:33pmI always find it’s best to down play expectations, that way, if you are disappointed, you won’t have a bigger fall from excitement.
Doctor Stu
June 16th, 2017 - 8:06pmYeh expect the least and then enjoy what actually happens. That’s how I’ve got through series 10, expecting it to be abysmal and then being pleasantly surprised when the episode actually turns out to be watchable.
Tim M
June 16th, 2017 - 8:11pmToo often in the past I’ve hyped myself up for a great story, only to be left feeling flat after it. I’ve learned to go into it with an open mind, and just see what develops. The disappointment isn’t as bad then.
Tim M
June 15th, 2017 - 9:36pmSo it’s the Doctor’s final battle apparently. So does that mean we will start to see the 12th Doctor regenerate at the end, but will be complicated transformation, that will inhabit the whole of the Christmas Special?
Doctor Stu
June 16th, 2017 - 8:05pmIs it just me who’d love an emotional Christmas special with the Doctor just phasing in and out of consciousness and revisiting all his previous companions from his run and wrapping up his story and then regenerating at the end
Tim M
June 16th, 2017 - 8:08pmI’m hoping the Valeyard comes about from this complex regeneration. That would tie up a loose end of the classic series.
Doctor Stu
June 15th, 2017 - 8:48pmMondasian cybermen are on the rise which means their introduced in the first half which is great more cyberman action
The Temporal Jelly Baby
June 15th, 2017 - 6:19pmNice and short with no major spoilers. A major improvement on the synopsis for Heaven Sent in 2015 (spoiled the return of Gallifrey). Let’s just hope the next time trailers follow suit.
