The (Brilliant) Five(ish) Doctors Reboot Video
TheFishDr @dayoftheFishDr The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot
A star studded special written and directed by Peter Davison. With the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who about to film, the ‘Classic’ Doctors are keen to be involved. But do they manage it?

December 4th, 2013 - 9:04pmYES PLEASE BBC! Imagine ringing someone up, only to find “Greetings, greetings! Well, I seem to be stuck in the sodding Time Vortex, again! So I can’t assist you. This is one of the many regrets in my life. Goodbye, my dears!” in Tom Baker’s voice!

November 27th, 2013 - 12:27pmWe’ve definitely been spoiled – with 3 brilliant different styles of show – Adventures in space & time, The Day of the Doctor, and the five-ish doctors, not forgetting, the extra segments that they put in place for those seeing the show at the cinema. – we had an Anchorman 2 trailer which showed ron burgandy trying to decipher his autocue reading ‘peter Capaldi is the new doctor who’, then a small scene with General Strax advising us to turn our phones off, and then we had David Tennant & Matt Smith on a white screen advising us to put our 3d glasses on …… Now – Tennant says ‘watch out for the chin!’
What a great week its been for us who fans.

November 24th, 2013 - 6:28pmChris Eccleston was the only surviving Doctor not to exclusively contribute anything to the 50th 🙁

November 24th, 2013 - 5:01pmEnjoyed both this and the 50th special. Really think Colin Baker should of been in the Day of Doctor. I know he’s not quite the Colin he used to be, but he hasn’t appeared in Doctor Who since the end of his original run has he? Give him a chance hated Colin’s Doctor but he is both a lovely person and should be given a chance to repair the damage that was done in the 1980’s.

November 25th, 2013 - 12:32amWell he did Narrorate the “Behind The Lense” 50th behind the scenes.

November 24th, 2013 - 2:12pmBRILLIANT! This for me was the biggest nice surprise of the Anniversary and very welcome following the awful ‘Aftershow Party’ which was a complete shambles. They had all those past cast members there and didn’t hardly chat to any of them. If you are gonna do party games then for crying out loud do them when the cameras aren’t running. They may well be fun to take part in, but certainly no fun to watch.
The Ranter
November 24th, 2013 - 2:53pmCompletely agree. Why BBC insist on doing these childish, amateurish programmes with zero talent presenters I will never know. It was degrading to the programme celebrating its anniversary, demeaning to those who took part and insulting to the viewer.
Its about time the BBC took a long hard look at itself where presenters and programming of this nature are concerned and put people / producers / directors on screen that we know they have as evidence only this week by its dramas. Her dad was great but Zoe Ball is awfull. I cant watch Film 2013 and Strictly Results because of the terribleness that is Claudia Winkleman. Get them off screen NOW and lets have quality and professionalism.
Sorry about the rant.
Absolutely LOVED Five(ish) Doctors Reboot. Brilliant programme.

November 24th, 2013 - 5:12pmI don’t know why they got Zoe Ball to present the ‘After Show Party’ anyway. It wasn’t as if she was great when she revealed Capaldi as the next Doctor. That show also looked amateur. But that ‘After Show Party’ was a disgrace on the 50th anniversary and the people who put this together should hang their heads in shame. I know it’s a LIVE show but that’s no excuse for it’s shortcomings.
Dalek the Supreme
November 24th, 2013 - 11:06pmI didn’t see the after show party, so I only saw The Day of the Doctor, An Adventure in Space and Time, and The Five(ish) Doctors.

November 25th, 2013 - 2:20pmI didn’t have a problem with the presenters. As with many poor presenters of BBC live events they get given an absolute load of drivel and have to salvage whatever they can out of it and end up getting the bulk of the criticism when the person who really should be getting it is the production team (especially those engineers in charge of the link to the US, which really shouldn’t have been happening anyway).

November 25th, 2013 - 5:16pmAs soon as they said ‘a special link with One Direction’ I knew we were in trouble. I don’t know if it was that section or the silly game they played with the assistants who were all totally lost (along with the viewers). The off key/tune ‘happy birthday’ at the end was the icing on the cake (see what I did there!?) The f(ish) Doctors should have been on instead of this drivel.

November 24th, 2013 - 1:57pmLOL!!! That was good.
Dalek the Supreme
November 24th, 2013 - 1:56pmAbsolutely hilarious! Peter, Colin, and Sylvester were amazing, both as themselves and as Daleks, Moffat was hilarious when he turned up, and I can’t believe they got Peter Jackson and Sir Ian McKellen, too! Tom Baker does seem to have trouble with Time Vortexes these days, and we also got an inside look at the offset world of Doctor Who and if that wasn’t enough, the Classic Doctors observing the wild Paul McGann in his natural habitat!

November 24th, 2013 - 1:53pmI think the old doctors should of been in the 50th it was a let down with out Peter,McCoy and the other one I loved the slapstick dwho it was fab shame bbc didn’t have more of a budget and casted all of the alive doctors and companion ????
