It is made by fans who have loved the series for 47 years and so if it was to end it would be not because of a story placing it at an end point but the ratngs going horribly down and not going back up. Axing will always be a last resort.
And if you’re still not convinced, the BBC is building a new set ‘village’ for Doctor Who and SJA (plus other shows) to start filming in 2012. So even if it does get cancelled one day, we’re safe to say that we’ll have a Series Seven, Eight and Nine (2014), plus probably many others.

December 30th, 2010 - 6:52pm123456789… i dont think this is the last series of doctor who coz moffat said matt smiths contract lasts until 2013 plus doctor who makes the bbc a lot of money so i doubht without good reason they wouldnt stop making it plus if this was going to be the last ever series of doctor who the bbc would have said like they said series 6 was being split up in to two u get me?

December 29th, 2010 - 9:52pmOK so I just had a thought. Filming the start of the series in America could be seen as a waste of time and budget… so maybe America could play a more important part and pop up more than once in series 6.
Also the new series of Torchwood is set in America and may have been filmed at the same time as Doctor Who. Crossover?
Linking my two points together: if America does feature more than the first two episodes I think it would be highly likely that America and Torchwood would appear in the second half of the series. This is because Torchwood airs in between the two halves of Doctor Who.

December 29th, 2010 - 8:51pmActually I noticed that in the back ground of the screaming amy that it looked like a house window so it fills in the giant doll house rumuor and the scary dolls also it could cover river killing the doctor coz river was in a smillar background!!!!!!!
Also I think that the strange ood were just possesed in a different way like radiation or a different creature that controls them in a different way!!!!!

So this is probably a diffrent breed of ood or something green is possesing it like the beast was red so the eyes were red and the ood brain was red so it was red again!

December 27th, 2010 - 6:05pmim affraiad because i think river kills the doctor because in flesh and stone she said that she killed the most amazing man she’d ever met and maybe that is the doctor and is why she keeps meeting the doctor in the wrong order because she cant see him in presant times because she killed him.
but im glad the ood are back but it looks like there being possesed again we shall have to wait to find out how the eye colours changed from normal to red and now to green,plus amys scared as she was screaming on the traileer may be the doctor is dead on the floor and amys upset.
we shall have to wait and see,
