December 19th, 2012 - 3:03pmLOVE IT! Obviously we havent seen the other side of the TARDIS (the side matt smith is looking at) but it looks quite small. Anyone else agree?

December 19th, 2012 - 2:02pmI like it a lot. Looks so much better. The other Consoles had far too much clutter.
And the exterior seems to have been dirtied up a bit. Win win.

December 19th, 2012 - 1:05pmThis
Is
AWESOME!!!!!
WAY better than the previous two NS TARDIS’ we’ve seen, they used the classic 1980’s interior as a base, which was pretty awesome
CG
December 19th, 2012 - 12:54pmthough when I look at it, it still includes the butresses except in sleak and silver now and it does look pretty good.

December 19th, 2012 - 11:51amIt looks rubbish big copy of Paul MCgann and Peter Davidson era TARDIS so much for new era of Doctor Who…
CG
December 19th, 2012 - 11:48amIt is surprisingly better than I imagined, though in this picture it looks a bit computer animated.

December 19th, 2012 - 11:45amOkay, I have hated almost every change after Moffat took over, the only one I really actually liked was the new intro and music. But this tardis interior is AWESOME!

December 19th, 2012 - 11:07amI love it! At first I thought it was a little ugly but it has grown on me in the last few hours! I like the way it has controls around the edge as well as on the console. I do wish it had a “glow” under the console panels but you cannot have everything. I like the look of the controls!
Roll on Christmas 2012!

December 19th, 2012 - 11:01amI don’t really like it unfortunately. I like the 2010-2012 interior.
The Macra Terror
December 19th, 2012 - 9:01amThis is a good chance to redo the exterior too, its way too clean for my liking it needs some mud splashes and the blue window panes.

December 19th, 2012 - 9:00amI know which one your talking about and Ive found a picture of it on Google.
Just type in ‘Doctor Who 1990 Season’ and scroll down for a bit and you’ll find a picture of Sylvester McCoy wearing glasses standing beside it.
John Smith
December 19th, 2012 - 8:39amI actually quite like it! It has a slightly dark environment and definitely looks similar to something from the classic series. It looks slightly similar to “The TARDIS that never was.” If you don’t quite know what I’m talking about, there was a concept design for a TARDIS interior that would of replaced the Five Doctor’s TARDIS console design, during Sylvester McCoy’s final season. The console had no base and was suspended by a large time rotor. It’s impossible to find a link but I can remember it being in a special feature for the Survival DVD.

December 19th, 2012 - 8:29amI hated the previous 2 Tardis console room designs when I first saw them. But over time, they grew on me, and I loved them both very much.
This time Ive decided to not go all judge-mental on a new design, and you know what ?. . . . .
I ABSOLUTELY BLOODY LOVE IT !!!! 😀
Pity Matt’s standing in the way, he ruins this picture just by posing in front of the new console when the picture is about the new look, not him.
Jesse Conrad
December 19th, 2012 - 8:21amWhile the console harkens back to the classic series era, the console room seems so… cold and military-like. Mr Moffatt, I would like to echo the Second Doctor’s sentiment on his visit to the UNIT headquarter, “So you’ve had this room redecorated, haven’t you? Don’t like it!”
Paul Butler
December 19th, 2012 - 8:13amI think the set is probably the same size as the previous Tardis. If you look closely it follows the footprint of the previous one. We’re looking at the raised level console area (the staircase is just behind). The rear control panel is on the railing and the rear walls are much further back.
Angel Of Death
December 19th, 2012 - 8:10amThis Is Cool

December 19th, 2012 - 8:09amIm not to sure at all……Im wavering a little on the look. I myself like others were kinda used to the Tardis bigger and the way it looked before, this is deffo smaller ( Not as big on the inside lol ) and its taking the Tardis back to the older style. I suppose it may grow on me x
dalek eternal
December 19th, 2012 - 8:07amthis looks amazing i think its gonna look a loy bigger on screen as there might be an under neath bit to it as anyone notice the railings behing the console going down plus therell be the massive roof
tardisBUZZ
December 19th, 2012 - 7:51amI meant to say * I wish it was a little bigger 😀
tardisBUZZ
December 19th, 2012 - 7:50amI like it a lot, I’m so used to the huge set we saw since series 5 and so it will take a lot of getting used to seeing a smaller tardis set but never the less it looks very retro, I just wish I was a little bigger : )
matt9982
December 19th, 2012 - 7:46amWow it looks great! It could be a bit bigger as the last one was massive 🙂 It looks a bit like a more spaceshipy type version of the classic console room.

December 19th, 2012 - 7:45amthis one is kind of like the 8th doctor’s design, i like it, it looks amazing! 🙂 🙂 🙂

December 19th, 2012 - 7:44amWow! A lot better than I thought when I first saw the picture of the roof!
