In the new issue of Radio Times, on sale from today, we have interviews with Karen Gillan, Matt Smith and Arthur Darvill, plus an episode guide by Steven Moffat.
Talking about the new companion, Karen Gillan says:
“I’ve met Jenna and we get on really well. And I’ve been texting her bits and bobs about Matt, but what I wrote is a secret. That’s the code of the companion. I didn’t offer her any advice though because I want her to have the experience for herself. I didn’t want to plant any preconceptions in her head.”
On the Doctor’s 50th anniversary next year, Matt Smith says:
“We want to make it as big and bold and as brilliant as we can because, we hope, it can be one of the monumental bits of TV history. But I doubt there’ll be a regeneration…”

Hopefully if anyone else does reply I might decide to buy them or not.
At the moment I’m saving up to buy the Remembrance of the Daleks and Revenge of the Cybermen gift sets at Forbidden Planet in London, plus I’m hopeing to one day buy the Emperor Dalek version of Davros with destroyed Imperial Dalek off Amazon for £54.99 since Forbidden Planet or the Who Shop in East Ham don’t seem to sell it.
Oh how I sometimes wish good old Woolworths never closed down, if they where still around I might have got lucky and brought them from them 🙁

Maybe wait to see if any new figures are released as they appear to have had tweaks to the colour schemes?

Due to all this hype about Asylum of the Daleks featuring Classic Daleks with their modern 21st Century successors, I was wondering if it’s worth adding the 5 Paradigm Daleks to my Dalek collection even thou I don’t personally like them yet I do have afew from old issues of Doctor Who Adventures, such as the one with green slime inside it.
Is it worth adding them despite not liking the design ?.

August 28th, 2012 - 6:17pmHere guys, if you go here http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb89/boooboodog/imagedoctorwho7a.jpg and view the image of the Doctor, Amy and Rory with the Daleks around them, click the picture to enlarge it and you’ll notice the Dalek on the right at the very hand has the Union Jack on it – IT’S A IRONSIDE DALEK !.
But how can that be thou ?, only 2 Time War Daleks out of the 3 seen in Victory of the Daleks had there casing painted green and had the Union Jack plastered over their I.D. tags as part of their plan to trick to the Doctor into revealing they are Daleks, and then they where destroyed along with the un-painted Time War Dalek by the Paradigm Daleks.

August 28th, 2012 - 6:02pmFunnily enough, I just got DW Adventures Issue 283 about an hour ago. I was looking around, until I saw the cover! At the beginning, I didn’t notice that it was Radio Time and thought it was DWM. It looks good though! 🙂

I’ll take a look at the pull out when I go WH Smith tomorrow or Thursday to buy DWM 😉
