Hi,it could be River,as she says that she meets up with the Doctor at different times but not in the same order, but we have seen the eye patch lady, who is she?,what do you think?,for she has been on twice now,and only Amy can see her,not the doctor and rory,I wonder why.

Or the car was the TARDIS? He might have got the chameleon circuit working. River could have killed the Doctor, if it happened later in her time stream. They meet out of order, remember.

I have change my name from River Song 2,to Time Lady,so it won’t clash with River Song,Well I did enjoyed the 2nd story, even so with the little girl changeing,so I believe there’s something going off there, and it’s very interesting to say the least,so it’t best to stay tune and find out,it gets better as it goes on,and who is that little girl and who does she changes into?.

look at my post, talked about it

the doctor was driving a car, the tardis was never seen, the also corresponds to the part where he tries wine for the first time, two things out of the ordinary.

I think that the doctor has been stuck on earth for a while, without his tardis. Maybe his tardis died, and that is why he gave up running? because he is said to feel its death.

    idk, theories

-what happened to the Tardis after the Doctor was killedin ep 1. The (older version) of the dr sent our invitations and must have shown up with the Tardis, but what happened to it, shouldn’t River have wondered about that
    – Euver could not have killed the Doctor and been in the spacesuit because she would have remembered that she killed him and stopped herself from doing so at the lake

The BBC Release the schedules about 16 days prior to transmission and Day of the moon was listed as on between 6.00pm and 7.00pm which is why people thought it was an hour, they updated the schedule 6.00-6.45, they have done the same for Curse of the black spot and the doctors wife – in other words when they first release the schedule they haven’t finalised where they are going to put it giving a false impression of the length of the episode.

  • McGann will always be The Doctor.

    My turn: 😀
Most enjoyed episode watching: The Visitation, 1982 by Eric Saward, starring Peter Davison as the Doctor, Season 19.

And The Two Doctors ( the performances and charisma seen from Colin Baker’s character really do shine in this story, in particular)

PERSONAL FAVOURITE STORIES: For many different reasons: The Space Museum, and Vengeance on Varos, the Deadly Assasin, the Armageddon Factor, the Monster of Peladon, Survival, Meglos, The Mysterious Planet, agh I cant think of many more but there are many!

  • McGann will always be The Doctor.

BOO BOO, I must ask you to verify WHAT YOU SAID:

Hour long? But the BBC changed it to 46 minute timeslot? Well now, I DON’T know about that. Was this a printed mistake, an error with the publicity or something? ❓

I have not yet gottentosee Day of the Moon, but it seems to be a very unusually dark story, one that takes a change of direction from the season opener. Alot of things are left unexplained, it seems. ❗ As for the Silence, I dont care how much of a menace they may seem, because the Doctor WILL find some kind of way to overcome them. You can expect him to catch on, where others have not.

If you re-watch series 5 you can see the characters (Amy, Doctor etc.) shaking their heads and looking startled as though they saw the silence monsters. 🙂

She could have mixed with the doctor when they snogged in prison. She might be half time-lord…

I have been thinking. I reckon that the little girl in the astronaut costume is River Song and that Amy and Rory is Rivers Mum and Dad. This makes sense because the doctor and river are traveling in opposite directions. This also makes sense because in the episode “The Impossible Astronaut”, The Doctor says to River, ‘Who did u kill?’ And in another episode, river says she killed the best man she knew…She killed The Doctor. And she regenerated because she is part time lord because she will get married to the doctor in the future. I hope you have time to read this.

Look guys, this is just a theory but it could be amy’s daughter.

    First, she is pregnant

second, when the doctor checks whether she is or not, it is flashing between two options, so maybe the child is not fully human?

next, proof of this arises as the suit was designed for HUMANS, but she regenerated like a time lord, which could mean half human half time lord. Which means Doctor + Amy.

Next, the girl had a picture of amy in her room. Could it be a picture of her lost mother? Maybe that is why she is in the orphanage, and that is why the silence were looking for her, the daughter of a time lord.

lastly, she did not tell Rory. Is this because it is not Rory’s daughter? She tells the doctor though, maybe because it is his daughter?

And finally, she did say that she spent a lot of time with him when they were travelling alone.

So there is some proof that it is her daughter

love that idea, makes sense as River never admits why she’s in jail. whether or not she has a biological connection to the doctor or amy, the idea that she’s in jail for killing the doctor is good.
Also if the girl is Amy’s, remember what amy said that she would be worried if the baby came out all weird coz of being in the tardis, maybe to baby just absorbed the tardis energy, like at the end of series one, coz that doctor regenerated because of absorbing the tardis power.
just some more ideas to throw into the mix

me again, just re watch the episodes and picked up a few things.

One, i can’t ever remember seeing the doctor drive a car instead of the tardis (start ep1)

The sudden sickness caused by the silence, are they causing them to get pregnant? are they pregnant to the silence babies, thats why it disappeared on the scan?

River talks about her first meeting with the doctor, saying she was a young child and very impressionable.

River says to amy i think (can’t remember when) that there is a worst day coming for her

I think that there is something that happened in the van gogh episode that links to this new season. Can’t remember what, it just rings a bell

another speculation is that the silence are timelord relics, not really existing?
paradox like, explaining the memory loss

also the doctor asked the question why all of a sudden man kind decided to go to the moon, it was answered vaguely by the need for a space suit. but i have a feeling that there was more.

and for some reason the name Elisabeth Sladen keeps poping in my head, i’m not sure why, it just rings a bell with the whole overall story

Now finally bringing me to, what if the doctor has been stuck on earth for the last 200 years or so?

There was more question and hints but i forget already. must take notes next time (also forgive my grammar, the chair i’m using makes it really hard to type)

the doctor says that he’ll see him again. end of the episode
