First look at the Sontarans in The Gunpowder Plot

Rory finds a novel way to dispose of a Sontaran in The Gunpowder Plot.

On the 18th October writer Phil Ford and director Gary Russell got to see and play The Gunpowder Plot for the very first time.

Following on from this milestone, the BBC bring you the first clip of in-game footage from The Gunpowder Plot and our first glimpse of the fabulous Sontarans. In this scene Rory and Amy stumble on a Sontaran guard deep in the sewers but Rory takes control of the situation.

The Gunpowder Plot

The TARDIS lands in London, 1605, encountering a group of men who are plotting to assassinate the Head of State. The Doctor, Amy and Rory realise they are at a pivotal point in time but so are two alien races, each of which are more than happy to change history to suit their own ends…
