Monsters Score Gold in our Doctor Who Live Review

In the week that the Commonwealth Games started, Doctor Who fans can also strike gold, as a spectacular stage show starts which brings to life Murray Gold’s amazing score.

Doctor Who website had an exclusive first preview of ‘Doctor Who Live’ in rehearsal in London. And we need to warn you – it is really scary!

In a story developed by Steven Moffat, and co-written by Gareth Roberts and Will Brenton, we encounter Vorgenson – played by Nigel Planer. An amazing intergalactic showman who tells the Doctor, “I’m your biggest fan”. We liked the clever plot – Vorgenson has collected the most dangerous monsters in the universe and imprisoned them in his Minimiser – a device very much out of classic Doctor Who story.

Interview videos with the stars from the show…
