Doctor Who Deep Breath Trailer
Doctor Who Deep Breath Trailer
Doctor Who Deep Breath Sat 23rd August BBC1 7:50pm – 9:10pm
When the Doctor arrives in Victorian London, he finds a dinosaur rampant in the Thames and a spate of deadly spontaneous combustions.
Who is the new Doctor and will Clara’s friendship survive as they embark on a terrifying mission into the heart of an alien conspiracy? The Doctor has changed. It’s time you knew him.

August 18th, 2014 - 8:21pmPeter Capaldi gives an unforgettable performance as Frobisher in Torchwood. Don’t feel the need to watch it simply for preparation, but I thoroughly recommend it.
Alas, they took it of Netflix whilst I was two episodes from the finale! I can’t buy it for two episodes!

August 17th, 2014 - 8:49pmHow could the dinosaurs be in Victorian London and who’s responsible for them being there?

August 17th, 2014 - 11:23amToday i saw the trailer on TV and there were a few different clips that weren’t on this one such as a close up of clara looking quite shocked. Have any of you seen this slightly different trailer.

August 17th, 2014 - 9:31amHe’s damned if he does, he’s damned if he doesn’t….I like the nods to the past and let’s face it, it’s not really going to be used that oftern. I’d just be thankful we have someone in charge of the show who is responsible for the best production and some of the best scripts in the shows 50 year history rather than having a flap over one line.

August 15th, 2014 - 5:11pmI watched the Fires of Pompeii on Tuesday. Don’t own any Torchwood on DVD myself, but never mind.

August 14th, 2014 - 7:03pmClosing Time: third time it was said, nice reference.
Day: fourth, gets away with it because it’s the anniversary.
Deep Breath: Definitely beginning to sound forced. With 33 years’ worth of regularly transmitted episodes (assuming we fit the tv movie into 2009 or some other year which had very few episodes) you’d think that there would be plenty of different and varied classic dialogue references that they could fit in so that it didn’t sound so forced.

August 14th, 2014 - 6:47pmYeah, i get that it wasn’t Moffat the first time, but he’s the one who’s been repeating it. It is just beginning to seem a little bit forced, whereas if they need to repeat classic lines (which, I admit, is nice, and OCCASIONALLY, should be done) they could at least use different ones. There’s twenty six seasons worth of classic dialogue, for goodness’ sake!

August 14th, 2014 - 5:03pmdo you reckon I should watch children of earth and the fires of pompei before the start of this series in case there’s something we might have missed seen them millions of times before though so I doubt it.

August 14th, 2014 - 4:40pmMy only complaint about the trailer is the music mix drowns out some of the dialogue. Capaldi’s dialogue is virtually inaudible, as is Vastra’s comment about the Doctor. Since I’ve read no complaints on this from those who have seen the actual episode, I assume this won’t be the case in the actual story.
