-what happened to the Tardis after the Doctor was killedin ep 1. The (older version) of the dr sent our invitations and must have shown up with the Tardis, but what happened to it, shouldn’t River have wondered about that
    – Euver could not have killed the Doctor and been in the spacesuit because she would have remembered that she killed him and stopped herself from doing so at the lake

look at my post, talked about it

the doctor was driving a car, the tardis was never seen, the also corresponds to the part where he tries wine for the first time, two things out of the ordinary.

I think that the doctor has been stuck on earth for a while, without his tardis. Maybe his tardis died, and that is why he gave up running? because he is said to feel its death.

      idk, theories

Or the car was the TARDIS? He might have got the chameleon circuit working. River could have killed the Doctor, if it happened later in her time stream. They meet out of order, remember.

BOO BOO, I must ask you to verify WHAT YOU SAID:

Hour long? But the BBC changed it to 46 minute timeslot? Well now, I DON’T know about that. Was this a printed mistake, an error with the publicity or something? ❓

I have not yet gottentosee Day of the Moon, but it seems to be a very unusually dark story, one that takes a change of direction from the season opener. Alot of things are left unexplained, it seems. ❗ As for the Silence, I dont care how much of a menace they may seem, because the Doctor WILL find some kind of way to overcome them. You can expect him to catch on, where others have not.

The BBC Release the schedules about 16 days prior to transmission and Day of the moon was listed as on between 6.00pm and 7.00pm which is why people thought it was an hour, they updated the schedule 6.00-6.45, they have done the same for Curse of the black spot and the doctors wife – in other words when they first release the schedule they haven’t finalised where they are going to put it giving a false impression of the length of the episode.

I have been thinking. I reckon that the little girl in the astronaut costume is River Song and that Amy and Rory is Rivers Mum and Dad. This makes sense because the doctor and river are traveling in opposite directions. This also makes sense because in the episode “The Impossible Astronaut”, The Doctor says to River, ‘Who did u kill?’ And in another episode, river says she killed the best man she knew…She killed The Doctor. And she regenerated because she is part time lord because she will get married to the doctor in the future. I hope you have time to read this.

me again, just re watch the episodes and picked up a few things.

One, i can’t ever remember seeing the doctor drive a car instead of the tardis (start ep1)

The sudden sickness caused by the silence, are they causing them to get pregnant? are they pregnant to the silence babies, thats why it disappeared on the scan?

River talks about her first meeting with the doctor, saying she was a young child and very impressionable.

River says to amy i think (can’t remember when) that there is a worst day coming for her

I think that there is something that happened in the van gogh episode that links to this new season. Can’t remember what, it just rings a bell

another speculation is that the silence are timelord relics, not really existing?
paradox like, explaining the memory loss

also the doctor asked the question why all of a sudden man kind decided to go to the moon, it was answered vaguely by the need for a space suit. but i have a feeling that there was more.

and for some reason the name Elisabeth Sladen keeps poping in my head, i’m not sure why, it just rings a bell with the whole overall story

Now finally bringing me to, what if the doctor has been stuck on earth for the last 200 years or so?

There was more question and hints but i forget already. must take notes next time (also forgive my grammar, the chair i’m using makes it really hard to type)

    Maybe Rory is River’s son.

    They both have blond hair.

Their names both begin with a R. Parents will often give their child the same initial is them.

No one knows anything about Rory

Rory’s last name is Williams. Williams is like Smith.Very common.

Karen Gillian (Amy) says she has a throwaway line. Maybe its when Amy says you just dropped out of sky she says it was just a expression but maybe it meant more then she knew.

When Riversong went to prison she could of dropped her son of in a town. In fact Amy’s town.

Vorg (see wiki article: http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Vorg )could be the father .It said he has a son. Mixed up Riversong’s name spells Siren Vorg.

Fascinating episode, very interwoven with references to the Silence in flashback to previous (last series)episodes. The aliens were very menacing and curious why they were wearing suits, seemed a bit incongrous but made them very menacing. The little girl at the end is I think River Song, so perhaps there are two time lords? As for the picture of Amy now I’m stuck

i think the regenerating girl is susan, it makes a lot of sense cos it is set in the 60’s and thats when she was around, and also time lords stay children for 100 years or something near that who else thinks so?

i doubt the little girl is susan as in the classic series susan is aged around 15 years old in human years, after all she went to a secondary school.

I think this little girl is something different and not river song either! maybe there are more gallifreyans around than we thought?

Look guys, this is just a theory but it could be amy’s daughter.

      First, she is pregnant

second, when the doctor checks whether she is or not, it is flashing between two options, so maybe the child is not fully human?

next, proof of this arises as the suit was designed for HUMANS, but she regenerated like a time lord, which could mean half human half time lord. Which means Doctor + Amy.

Next, the girl had a picture of amy in her room. Could it be a picture of her lost mother? Maybe that is why she is in the orphanage, and that is why the silence were looking for her, the daughter of a time lord.

lastly, she did not tell Rory. Is this because it is not Rory’s daughter? She tells the doctor though, maybe because it is his daughter?

And finally, she did say that she spent a lot of time with him when they were travelling alone.

So there is some proof that it is her daughter

I think river being amy’s daughter is to obvious. I an also not keen on the rani theories as I feel modern viewer viewers will not get that. Clearly river and the doctor will be intimate in some way. After all she can fly the TARDIS and has (had) a sonic screw driver. I recall in the astronaut episode that when river tries to shoot the astronaut she then says “of course” which I think means she cannot kill the astronaut as it is in fact her. I also think there are still unanswered questions about Amy pond from previous series.

not necessarily, the child could be a paradox, not really being able to exist. like what would happen if she was her own grandmother (just a thought)

or something similar, like the fate of wether she get pregnant or not is still unsure because of the fathers current position, eg if the father decides not to show up and get funky the child wont exist. if you get what i mean

    My theories.

#1- the girl is amy’s daughter but was impregnated by the silence with timelord DNA for evil.

#2- the girl is the master’s daughter, not really sure how but I feel it ain’t the last of him.

#3- the girl is river song, a younger version of her, just when she tells rory that the doctor knew all about her when she was just a little girl makes me think so.

wrong, sorry but river was basically incinerated, only thing left was her suit and screw driver, so therefore if she was timelord she would have died anyway

also the little girl can’t be jenny as timelords don’t regenerate as a child.
also chances jenny is set to return in ep 7 or 8
look at imdb, also jenny is played by a different actor so that means that she has regenerated already

imdb holds the answer to everything

and also the silents imine yeah they look like a great monster but didnt feel like doctor who

i have to say this i do think this new doctor who is good but i would rather prefare how it was before imine the companions were better the doctor acted more as an action man the a quire with abow tie the only thing i like in this series is the tardis imine it started of great at the begging of series five and then started to go strange.
